Im rating low just because if I am a customer buying food, 2 big meals with drinks, and I ask for 3 syrups, and you deny me the 3rd because you're limited is crazy to me. I even offered to pay, and the lady refused. That's the same as me going to get food receiving it but not paying for it because my funds are limited. A paying customer should get the necessary condiments for their meal when asked.

The location is not very busy. The staff does an excellent job when there’s no rush. I only suggest checking what you ordered before you leave. I ordered on the app some large fries and when I checked my bag I received the small ones, I had to get back to the store and ask for the large ones. I had to show them on my receipt that I ordered the large ones since the employee was saying that I ordered the small ones. That’s all I have to say about this place, everything else is good and I cannot deny that the place is kept very clean.

Springdale Arkansas location very slow wrong order.
All of my husband's food was cold, so he parked and went in and said he wanted hot food. He watched them put his cold hash rounds back in fryer after being outside and touched on. The sandwiches were also cold.

Went from great a few months ago to horrible hadn't been in for a while. All of my family's food was cold all our fries tasted like they where dumbed with a whole canister of salt on top so we couldn't eat them. My husbands allergic to mustard an we asked for a plain burger it was loaded I switched with him my chicken. We where the only people there an no one in the drive thru at this time.
