Casa Alejo is AMAZING! 🌮 I seriously can’t get enough of this place. The vibe is super cozy yet lively, making it the perfect spot for a chill night out.
The food? Unreal. Every dish is packed with flavor, and you can tell everything is made fresh. I’m still thinking about the tacos I had!
Plus, the staff is so friendly and welcoming—it really makes the whole experience even better. If you’re in Rogers and love good Mexican food, you HAVE to check out Casa Alejo! 10/10 recommend!

I was craving for spanish food yesterday. So I found this little modern restaurant in Springdale, Arkansas. It's a very small town but plenty of parking. Becareful about those parking meters. I ordered their specialty alcoholic drink, their birrias tacos, and the finish off the night with some delicious churros with ice cream. Their specialty drink was to die for. I'm not much of a fan of tequila as I got older. But man, this drink went down smoothly and I thought, why order entrees when you can have this drink all night long. It had homemade natural juices, chamoy, and other liquid stuff with the tequila. Then for the main course, I order their specialty birrias tacos. It's a similar concept to the French dip sandwich you can get at an American restaurant. That dish was so delicious I couldn't see myself getting a desert. Oh well, I couldn't help it but ordered their desert churros and ice cream. My beloved waitress said that desert isn't that big and the churros has cream filling in it as how churros should be. When the desert came out, it was a big bowl with halved churros, two big scoops of ice cream, and whipped cream. I almost started to cry because the waitress lied about the size of the desert. Haha I'm sorry for giving her a hard time. I definitely recommend coming here again and please praise this restaurant. It's a one of a kind restaurant in the area and their nachoes and salsa are freshly made daily.

Our first visit and we were so impressed! Service was fantastic, great atmosphere and the food was amazing!!! I had steak and chicken nachos, the meat had the best flavors. My husband had shrimp tacos, he loved them! We will definitely go back!

We were a party of 23 people (Soccer team) & they did not hesitate to accommodate us all at all! I did not get the managers name but she was absolutely wonderful & the food was amazing! The manager & our server stayed on top of everything the entire time. Very pleasant & wonderful experience here in Springdale! Thank you Casa Alejo!
The service was great. The food was fantastic! The skillet nachos so good and the poblano enchiladas were also delicious.
