They never fill the receipts up outside on the gas pumps I’m from out of town and come here every other week and I guess shame on me for expecting the fifth time of stopping here for the receipts to come out at the pump but no, they still don’t. Last time. I asked the attendant she acted upset that I should even ask such a question, so I went in today again to get my receipt, which will never happen again, and she would not even respond to me or acknowledge me. People have no common sense or courtesy these days if you’ve lost your joy that much do something different. It’s to the point where it’s not even about them not allowing you to get your receipt when you pay at the pump it’s about what’s done after that and how you’re treated through the process it’s gonna be coming and go across the street from here on out, which I strongly suggest for everyone else.

Never have refills of receipt in their gas machines which is really inconvenient when you have to wait in line With 6 people ahead of you for no reason.

Long line ,1 cashier every single day around 7 am we have to wait up to 15 minutes to pay .no longer stop at this store I prefer cross the street

Michael the Cashier , has not worked at this store but a few months . He is very rude to White people . I’m really surprised that this store lets this happen. I’ve tried to be nice ask if he was having a good day . This man is always rude. The response he always give is in a rude tone . I try not to check out with him , but sometimes he the only cashier. But I’ve notice how nice he is to different race , but when it comes to white people. He has a bad costumer service .I always come to this store everyday . He has awesome costumer service with other race’s. But awful to white people. He does not need to be working in retail. It’s very disappointing that Casey’s have poor management and worry about losing employees that they let this go on ! I Believe I’m not going to stop at this Casey’s anymore. I think I rather just drive to a different one .It would be a little out of the way. To me it would be worth it . Because I really want to tell this man off .The way I’ve seen him treat people. I even seen him smart mouth a woman one day .That is a Healthcare worker. She got upset. She went outside to talk to the manager about it . I don’t think anything done about it , Because for one this man was laughing the whole time with another costumer that is the same race as him. The is horrible for Casey’s to allowed this to go on especially to any race and our Health Care Heroes of everything they went through the last 3 years! I will take this review down . When I know Casey’s has dealt with this .

Hunter (the assistant manager) and his associates are absolutely fantastic! My car died and they did everything in their power to help me! Hunter even came out and took a look at my car and helped me get it started. It was 100 degrees outside and he still helped me out! Love the people here and greatly appreciate the help!

Almost all of the Coca-Cola products were out, the ice in the fountain machines was out, and I was not helped when asking about the breakfast sandwich and medium drink combo for $4. I was told “I do not work at this store. I don’t know.” By the cashier, instead of trying to figure the problem out with a supervisor or seeing if I needed to get a different, correct item to make it work.

Female cashier very rude. Told her we wanted fuel and she rudely said anything else. Didn't say thank you or anything after we paid. We stood there a second because she was playing on her phone. She asked if we wanted a receipt at that point and I said no. Then we said thank you and she rudely said yep. Not how you treat customers. Females bathroom needed to be cleaned and there was no toilet paper.

No roller grills? No lunch options? Empty warmers? This is an industrial area. We have factory, manufacturing, construction workers, medical. The vast majority of us go to lunch at noon. We dont have time to stand around and wait for new pizza to cook, We've gotta be In and out quick. Come on guys, I love yall but yall have been here long enough to work the bugs out.
