On three different occasions in a row there was no printer paper in the pump. Why pay it to pump if you can’t get a receipt. I told the cashier each time and nothing changed.

Let me start by saying I’m a Casey’s fan and an award member - I’ve sometimes drove out of my way to visit Casey’s store. However today, June 27 at 3:29 PM the blonde haired lady is quite possibly one of the most disconnected team members I’ve ever seen. It was as though anything else was more important than checking me out. Rude and unprofessional would be an understatement. It’s simply not the type of experience I’ve observed at other Casey’s locations.

I went in this store Wednesday June 5th after 7pm and watched the blonde lady with glasses at the register be extremely rude to the customer in front of me. When it was my turn to check out I tried being nice to her, asked how her day was going and smiled at her but she was rude to me too. She had no patience whatsoever and was so angry.. maybe it was a bad day for her but if you're working at the register helping costumers you need to have control over your emotions and your behavior. I was SHOCKED.

This is the only Casey's across the entire state that makes you pay a dollar for a ranch to go with your pizza. Some of the rudest employees I've ever been served by. I got a taco pizza from here once and it was the exact same thing as a sausage pizza with a few pieces of lettuce on it. I will never go to this franchise location and I don't recommend anyone else does

This place is pretty bad, there’s only ever one register working, but then there are employees lingering. I wanted to wash my windshield and the bins were all empty, some didn’t even have the sponge.This is a brand new gas station!You’re better off going to KUMnGO Just go a few hundred feet away or to HARPS.
