Smoking by the door and the bathroom women's is a mess

Stopped in at Casey’s and the inside of the store was totally fine. The employees were genuinely polite — one of them even held the door open for me while carrying a bag of trash, which says a lot about their attitude and customer service.
That said, the men’s restroom was disgusting. The urinal had urine all over the floor and wasn’t usable, and the stall had trash and dirt everywhere. The trash can inside the restroom was also completely full. I ended up not being able to use the bathroom at all.
One more thing — at night, the lighting around the gas pumps is a dim yellow and feels low-visibility. It’s not a place I’d want to stop unless absolutely necessary, mainly due to potential safety concerns with the poor lighting.
Good staff, but the restroom and exterior lighting need serious improvement.

I went in today around 12:30PM and the only thing in the warmer was a slice of Bacon Breakfast pizza that expired at 10:23AM there was nobody in the kitchen to talk to about it and the lady at the register charged me full price. This used to be my favorite location a few years ago but the 2 blonde ladies who used to work there are gone and since they’ve been gone this store has gone completely downhill.

Male working 10/3 with no name tag on used the restroom while on his phone and left on his phone without washing his hands. Walked out of the restroom and went straight to stalking the candy isle.

Air pump takes payment but is unusable. Nozzle completely broken. This is essentially a scam at this point, as the air pump is taking who knows how many people’s money every day while being out of order. This directly impacts the customer experience and expectation of Casey’s, whether or not Casey’s has any control over the quality of the machine. Please put a sign on this unit or fix it.

Tiffany was such a big help for us today she is the sweetest woman ever we are headed back to Oklahoma and we was almost out of gas and me and my husband pull into to the gas station and we went up to Tiffany asking her bout what we can use the Casey's money my husband told her he only had 2.50 for Casey's money she told him to pull up to a pump and I gave her the $4 I had on me and she gave us $24 in gas and not only did she do that she let us get 2 fountain drinks for our drive home what a blessing this amazing and outstanding worker is thank you again so very much #loyalcasey'scustomer4life

I have been coming to this caseys everyday for my first break for the past year. I love the people here and T (trie) is one of my favorite people. She is very helpful and kind. Will keep coming back.
I witnessed a white male employee turn away a group of black males who were in the area for a car meet, calling them thugs. When I called to get his name and ask about the situation, he started yelling saying that they were “boisterous” and looked suspicious. I asked if they were belligerent, and he yelled that I could call him rude but they WERE suspicious. I asked if it was because they’re black, and he hung up on me. Then I come to the reviews and see that this location just naturally sucks! Won’t be spending money here, and I’m spreading the word.

Chloe I think her name is was very unprofessional. She put up her closed sign while I was waiting to approach her. So I switched to the other line then she yelled next while I was looking at her, she checked me out put her sign back up to go outside where I heard her screaming cussing about knocking someone out to someone named Christy by the dumpster. Customer service has no standard anymore.

Was charged for 2 food items from the kitchen but only received one item. When I called to inform them of their mistake, I was confronted with blame on my end. I have the receipts saying what my order was and the lady in the kitchen was mad that SHE put the order tickets in my bag and I had the proof they messed up. This is not how you run a business or a kitchen. I was basically robbed of my money and then blamed for their mistake
