I don't usually have issues with Chick-fil-A but my money was wasted this morning. The biscuits were hard and inedible. I think they knew they were bad and tried to put extra butter on it too soften it. It did not work. My chicken minis were missing from the bag. Not like them but I guess everything is going down hill now.

I am in with my boyfriend today and got such excellent service from this young man named Cooper. He was so attentive and polite. Kid had a little humor which I feel helps lighten the mood and makes me feel like i’m not at a fast food restaurant. PROMOTE THIS GUY!
