I eat here regularly for breakfast and they are one of the best Chick-fil-A's in NWA, but today their chicken biscuit was absolutely phenomenal! I ate it too fast to snap a picture.

UPDATE: Manager Trevor called to apologize and work through the issue I’d had with his shift manager. It felt like a sincere and productive conversation and hopefully a good lesson for the younger manager going forward.
This Chick-fil-A is usually my favorite place (out of all Chick-fil-As around) as we’ve enjoyed the orders being provided correctly and fairly quickly every time. We especially love being received with a warm welcome from Mr. Bobby and getting to know him more each time we go in. Just yesterday I mentioned to a family member how I feel embarrassed when I go in as we usually go once (sometimes twice) a week at a time and some of the clerk members probably know me by name by now because we’re there so often…anyway, what a SHOCK it was to go in today with my three kiddos and have the shift manager, Hudson, deny us the strawberries that I apparently mistakenly removed from my market salad. As I explained to him that I always get that same market salad so that I can feed my 11-month-old the blueberries and strawberries that come in it but somehow must have made a mistake and removed them this time, he looked at me and said “you can’t eat the strawberries and then ask for free ones” 😠😳 I ignored the rude comment in hopes that he was just not understanding the situation and tried explaining again what had happened and that I was not asking for free fruit as I’d actually paid full price for the salad but he continued to tell me multiple times that he’d be “happy to give me the strawberries if I paid for them because they can’t just give away fruit for free.” That comment alone left me feeling not only misunderstood but belittled. As I was frazzled in disbelief, I told him to just forget about it as I just wanted to be done eating so we could leave that place! I’m truly disappointed at this experience and will not come back any time soon. I’m also relieved that more Chick-fil-As are opening up in the area so we can take our service elsewhere if these type of issues continue to happen. Mobile order: Dine-in #4566702

I love Chick fil A. It’s my favorite restaurant. I have nothing to say bad about it except for sometimes I’ll get chicken nuggets that feel like they’re really hard and you can’t chew them so I don’t know if they’re like really close to their expiration date of you know the time they were cooked and the time they should be served, but for the most part, I love everything Chick Chick fil A has they are a bomb store and their product is absolutely fantastic. You will not go wrong.
