After trying this Chipotle a few months after it opened, we were disappointed with the service. But we decided to give it another shot recently, and it was a much better experience. The younger, tall guy with brown hair who helped us was very attentive and helpful. Excited to come back after such an improvement!

I’ve honestly only been to this Chipotle Mexican Grill a couple of times since it opened because, for some reason, the flavor just isn’t there for me. I don’t know what it is, but Chipotles in the South always seem a little bland.

Today’s visit (3.20.2026)
definitely didn’t help change my mind.

I first drove up thinking the digital order window was a drive-thru (my mistake), but when I got there, the employee just asked for an order name. I told her I wanted to order, and she said it was only for digital orders. That part is fine, but there wasn’t much friendliness or guidance.

Since I had just finished grocery shopping and my legs were hurting, I didn’t want to go inside. I placed an order on the app for pickup at 2:50 PM and waited. When I went back at the scheduled time, the same employee didn’t greet me, just asked for my name again, then said it wasn’t ready and told me to drive around.

A few minutes later, I came back (for the third time), and again—no greeting, no communication—just handed me the food.

Then we parked and realized the order was wrong. I ordered two kids quesadillas, one chicken and one cheese, but both were cheese. At that point, I had to go back AGAIN (fourth time). I calmly explained the issue while holding the incorrect food, and instead of apologizing or even acknowledging the mistake, she just looked annoyed, walked away, and shut the window without saying anything.

She came back with the corrected item, but still no apology, no communication, nothing.

I understand mistakes happen, but customer service matters just as much as the food. Between the bland flavor, the lack of communication, and the overall attitude, this location really needs improvement.

Way better than the one in Bentonville and Fayetteville.

Customer service at this place is horrible. Servers were all rude none of them said hello. Trash was overflowing and the way the food was served was very messy. Do not recommend this location.

This place is truly the most inconsistent chipotle in the area one day they give you the normal side you order the next they charge you the same amount for half the food I’m so confused.

First of all the place hadn’t been swept in who knows how long there was rice and pieces of chicken on the floor. Wanted steak with pinto beans but they were out of both! Had to get chicken and black beans. The chicken was burnt, hard and SALTY!! What a horrible experience, we will not be coming back.

Had high hopes, but Chipotle fell flat today. Ordered a burrito bowl on the evening of Dec 9th, but the chicken was nearly out along with both types of rice (yes, you read that right-no white or brown rice available and scrapings for ALL three meats). The staff seemed overwhelmed, scraping the bottom of the containers just to fulfill orders. To top it off, bit down on a bone fragment in my chicken. The bone was sharp enough to almost chip a tooth. For a quick lunch spot, this was a major letdown. Hoping it was just a bad day, but that bone incident is a hard pass.

Do better night shift.

Burrito was fine, except it was cold. Probably because the ChipotLane was backed up, I had five cars ahead of me, waited 10 minutes past my promised time. When I got to the window, my bag of food was sitting there, but they didn't even know what drink I ordered. Watermelon Limeade was terrible. Unacceptable, won't be back.

I have been addicted to Chipotle since my first experience back in the early 90's..... in the first store in Denver !
I am vegan af and have alpha-gal so it's my go to spot to get fed in my long history of traveling.
This particular one is the best one I have ever been in!!
The chips were literally the BEST I have ever had at ANY chipotle and my sofritas bowls was so delicious that I hurt myself LOL.
They gave me a hard no when I asked for fresh guacamole due to cheese in the one that was already out but, as scrumptious as my bowl was, I really didn't even care.
3 decades of Chipotle and this was the tastiest of them all! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
