Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

I’m very disappointed! I placed a delivery order and waited and waited for delivery. One driver was there to pick up but they sent them somewhere else and got a different driver who arrived for pick up and then they canceled my order with no explanation. I tried calling and calling but nobody would answer. They did not refund the money back.
I won’t be ordering from here again!

Today they only had one toaster and was already finished with breakfast before I even got my toast.

Bacon was over cooked like microwave bacon yuck

None of the food was very good. Potatoes were cold, steak was tough, country fried steak was flavorless. Server was good and the store had some good old fashioned items. Maybe stick with the breakfast.

I’ve been going to this location for 4+ years and never had a bad experience , until today .
After receiving my food of scrambled eggs pancakes and country fried steak. The scrambled eggs were flat , which I found unusual .
When I attempted to cut into the eggs they were very runny and appeared not done , which made them inedible to me . When I told my server , she says she would tell the manager and asked if I would like them to cook me more and I replied no . It’s kind of like finding a hair in your food , you don’t want more of the same .
I saw her speak to the manager who never came to my table . I continued to eat what I could , but my meal was basically ruined . After getting my check and going to the front to pay I was asked if everting was ok to which I replied no actually . She ask if would like to speak to the manager and I said yes. It was explained to him what had happened and he told the cashier something that I could not hear .
I asked what he said and I was told he said to not charge me for my coffee . WOW ! Really !
I will NEVER visit this location again .
I will say the server was great and did a great job .
However the manager seemed very callus and uncaring .

Really nice place to have a wonderful breakfast or meal.

Service was great. Came in in the afternoon and had breakfast since I was starting my day late.
Most of the food I would say was average. But the gravy was horrible. Probably the worse gravy I've ever had. I've had better gravy at flap jacks and low end hotels. Whatever they are doing for gravy needs changed desperately.

The food was wonderful. The $5.00 take home French toast was unbelievable. Cameron was a great server. Efficient but didn’t hover. She didn’t grab for our dishes before we were finished!

I have a family member that was a employee of this restaurant and they are making it the hardest time for the coworker to get her w-2 and they have been ignoring her and trying to contact how to get it and they send her to dead ends do better!

We got a table right in front of the fire place and it was so warm and cozy. Our server was great. Food delicious.
