We placed a to go order and it was wrong. The server had no knowledge of the menu and openly admitted that he did not know the menu when my husband tried to order and he had to point out on the menu what he was ordering. Once my husband placed the order with the server then the server read the order back and it was correct. However, when it got rang in he rang it in all wrong. He did not even ask my husband's name to put the order under. We paid for items we did not get and some of our food was missing. Once my husband got back to Children's Hospital with our order that is when we realized we were missing food and the food was messed up. We called to let the manager know and he caught an attitude with my husband and said "What do you want me to do about it?"... what a great manager that is. He told my husband what he ordered was wrong and no longer served that way that the menu has been updated. If the menu has been updated then why was my husband given a menu with outdated information and expected to know it was outdated. Also why did the server not inform my husband after he was ringing in the order that it would no let him order it that way if that is true. But we went back and looked up the most recent menu online and it is exactly how the one in the restaurant looked that my husband was told is outdated. As a former server and Cracker Barrel employee this is unacceptable. I worked there 4 years ago at the Alma location and we were required to know the menu from front cover to back cover, we read back the orders, and if we were unable to give the guest what they ordered, the way they ordered, we informed them and gave them a few different options. My husband was polite on the phone when the manager got irritated right away. I do not know how you expect to run a functioning business when you have servers with no knowledge of what is offered there and a manager who does not hold their employees or themselves responsible for not knowing the menu, not having proper communication, and automatically blaming it on the customer.

I only seen the waitress three times when she took my drink order and when she brought me my soda and took my my order somebody else brought me my food which was country fried steak which tasted terrible and that so called gravey and the mashed potatoes the macaroni was OK then I waited for ever for my check I finally seen her and asked for it. I will never be back

Our eggs were cooked incorrectly and didn't receive any syrup for our pancakes. The server left our drinks empty 90% of the time. May just of been a bad day cause I've had a good experience there before but not today.

Most of the time we always get this kind of result. I really like their food. I always have. We had a great server who was quick and friendly and enjoyed her company. No problems with the food we bought my favorite thing at Cracker Barrel. Is there pancakes in the morning? They’re great sometimes I order just one after my dinner as a dessert.
We ordered the Easter Dinner this year and it was perfect! Plenty of of food and great quality, it was just like homemade ❤️

No where on their site do they allow you to place a reservation or an arrival time but you can wait list. I did this morning. When we got there although I had a text message from them they said they did not have us on the list. That was for all six of us. No apology. Didn't even look at rhe text or rhe fact it was feom their telephone number.
I love going here, Everyone is always so nice and there's so much cool stuff to look at.

Breyanna was my waitress. She was very courteous and kept checking on me too see if I needed anything. As a Truck driver I eat all over the US. I will be sure to return and stop on my way this direction. Food was delicious. I liked the fireplace. Gave me that : I’m at home feeling. I’m from Conroe ,Tx. It was a great visit in Arkansas.

The food is usually good with a good atmosphere and decent service, BUT…..Cracker Barrel has the worst app I have ever used. Don’t even try to order on the app because it works less than 10% of the time. Very frustrating because you complete your order after signing in and it hardly ever goes through. If it does happen to work, it doesn’t save any of your information and you must re-enter every time. You would think that a company this size could figure out a simple app.
