This place really messed up our delivery order. First they delivered the wrong pizza, then they came back and delivered the right pizza. With the replacement they for some reason didn't include the desert we ordered, and the delivery specialist tried to argue about it because it wasn't on the ticket they gave him. We had to call, and then the same driver had to come back for the 3rd time to deliver the desert. Food was as expected, just not the service.

We asked for contactless delivery and to leave our pizza on the chair next to the door. Instead, the delivery person knocked on the door (which they were not supposed to do), waited, and threw the pizza on the ground in our garden. Completely unexpected and unprofessional behavior from this establishment. Never order from here.

I am normally never the type to write any review — much less a bad one!

My driver, “Caden”, initially delivered my food to apartment G instead of C. I called the store & explained the situation. I was very understanding of the mistake, as I have worked in fast food (mostly pizza as well), I understand mix ups happen. Upon calling the store, I was very polite to the man I spoke with and had no issues with it being delivered to the wrong apartment or that it was going to be late, possibly even cold. I had just gotten off work and was just happy to eat.

Unsure of when the pizza would arrive, I waited at my door and watched through my peep hole, waiting for someone to walk up with said delivery. I then watched “Caden” aggressively throw my soda to the ground and against my front door. If that wasn’t enough, the 20 oz bottle I had ordered rolled away as he was walking away — he then kicked it into my door with his foot, all while my next door neighbor is standing outside his door watching all of this happen.

This was extremely unprofessional and embarrassing to have been on the receiving end of. I hope this never happens to anyone else! If I could give a zero star, I would!

Cow worker Melanie very young girl was very sweet when my husband ordered the topping wrong she was in a quick hurry to make sure I got just what I needed thank you girl!!! And the food was fantastic!!! 😍

First thing, does anyone read the order at this location before they make or cut it? This is not this first time they have cut it square after I ordered it pie cut. Then they also leave off the pepperoni on this order and it clearly shows on the receipt they gave me when delivered.

Totally messed up my order and it was unbeatable!
Very disappointing . Manager promised me coupons over a month ago to replace my order and return. To date I’ve never received anything!!! Wow.

Stopped in after work to get a couple of pizzas. There were half eaten chicken wings/bones next to the register. Looked past that and still ordered. Watched the guy taking food out of the oven and plating it with his bare hands. Then as the two workers started to make my pizza, one tossed the dough at the other and it landed on their shoulder/arm. THEY STIILL TRIED TO USE IT. Sauced it up and everything. Asked for my money back at that point because I’m not about to eat a pizza someone wore. No food safety practices at all. Very nasty.
