This place is the worst they charged me three times for one drink and never gave me my money back even though I went through the drive-thru and told them that they still hadn't give me my money back the manager needs to be fired and all the employees are horrible

Manager was incredibly rude. I ordered a mobile order 30 minutes prior to be set for a future time. I got there to pick up my food, the lady told me they haven’t received any orders. didn’t ask what my order was and told me to pull forward since it hasn’t came through yet. i get to the window, at this point it’s 15 minutes past my order time. she STILL says “i still haven’t received it just pull forward and we’ll bring it out when we get it” and i then asked her “how do you know when you’ll get it or what i even have. i placed this order ahead of time and have some where to be” all she said was okay and looked at me like i was crazy. 10/10 hate having to come here when it’s the only dunkin closest in springdale. something happens every time here.

The lady at the speaker taking drive thru orders is so rude. I tried to order a custom drink and she instead suggested a different drink. When I told her I didn’t want that drink because it has different ingredients she said she didn’t understand what I was trying to say. She is so rude. Always a bad experience when I go to this location and try and order when she’s taking orders.

I went yesterday and was a little confused about one of the app deals. One of the employees was nice and patient, but the one working the drive through was shaking her head at me and being rude.

i had the worst experience ordering in the drive thru yesterday that i just drove away. I have a lot of patience but after ordering right off their menu with no modifications and the girl repeated my very simple order back wrong about 10 times i gave up on the possibility of them making me a decent coffee. Plus every time I’ve been ordering from them lately they forget ingredients in my coffee so that was the final straw lmao

5 people working in the back took 4 minutes for them to take my order in the lobby. I was the only person in lobby while they all tended to the drive thru. Then the girl threw my change at me. Don’t think it was because she was mad it was because she was trying to be fast. I won’t visit again.

I order the same drink for years at Dunkin, this store never gets it right, putting cold brew instead of triple espresso is actually evil work 😭😂

I would have givthis place 4 stars for atmosphere until they renovated early this month. It used to have a mix of tables/chairs, plus an area with low, upholstered, comfortable chairs with low coffee tables. They took away the comfortable seating when they renovated. So now it's modernized and clean, but far too sterile to be inviting.

Put the comfortable seats back in, guys. You've got plenty of wasted space with the new floorplan.
