This poor Dunkin location has been through at least 3 franchise owners now, but they are hanging in there and seem to be doing a lot better as far as keeping up with company wide standards. Definitely worth a revisit if you've had a less-than-desirable experience prior!

As a big fan of Dunkin I'm sad to say the Springdale Dunkin at the Harps is now quite disappointing. The staff has universally seemed to decide that rudeness is the preferred customer experience. I tried to order coffee (one cold brew and one hot) with a breakfast sandwich. The staff complained about the order and really turned us off. It appeared that this was purposeful. In any case, my once go to coffee place has certainly declined. I will continue to shop at this great Harps location but I will not be back to this Dunkin.

i work in customer service so i know how draining it can be but there’s always attitude, they’re always annoyed, no smiles, etc. how do you expect people to come back when you are openly rude to your customers???

I went to go pick up my order and the wraps I ordered were frozen cold iced inside. A serious health hazard. Ridiculous don't get food from here. Workers rush when there's no line.

This location vastly has improved since last I've been. New management or crew is doing a GREAT job. Everything from our 8.27.23 visit was doing perfectly and super delicious. Thank you guys and gals for the hard work!
it was 111 degrees and was really looking forward to a frozen coffee. When i pulled up they had shut down their blender an hour before closing time ??♀️
I went to Dunkin’ Donuts this morn got half a dozen glazed donuts. I was so disappointed the donuts were old & hard. Yuck

What is the point in being a donut shop if every time you go to order a specific kind “their out”? It’s in the middle of the day. Can staff not make more or are they limited to so many a day? The last five times I’ve stopped over the last two months I can’t get anything besides”we’re out”. It’s crazy. Guess I’ll find another donut shop that sells donuts (mainly blueberry).

I didn’t know that wax paper was an ingredient in the Sausage Egg and Cheese sandwich! I would think someone would take the 2 seconds to remove that before heating it up. Especially since the manager hurries you away from the window to “clear traffic.” Guess they were in quite the hurry! The person behind me got ushered ahead of me, and got frustrated and drove off.Is it common practice to pull cars forward away from the window all the time, no matter what? I have been here before when I was the only one in line, and still had to pull forward! Why? Makes no sense!
