I can’t say enough good things about the team at the Walmart in Elm Springs. The customer service here is consistently friendly, welcoming, and genuinely kind. Whether I’m just stopping in for a quick coffee and a treat or grabbing a few things on the way through, the staff always makes my day a little brighter.
It’s clear this team takes pride in what they do, and that positive energy really shows. This location has become one of my favorite stops because of the people. Thank you all for making every visit a pleasant one.

The service was terrible! The young woman seemed unwilling to work. I asked for a coffee with milk and sugar, and she ended up giving me a completely black coffee. Her attitude was awful, but I didn't want to argue over a cheap coffee. This place needs to change or it's going to fail.

first of all, they don’t take rewards like ???? then they didn’t have skim milk… i ordered a $6 meal deal and she DIDNT PUT YHE HASHBROWNS, and when i asked her for them she seemed annoyed and gave only like 5. then the card reader wasn’t working and i had to like maneuver it to get it to work. JUST INSTALL APPLE PAY!!! and my bagel is burnt. i hate this place i hate walmart can we just build a regular dunkin my rewards r gonna expire.

Woman who took my order was very rude, rolled her eyes at me when I said I needed a minute before ordering (place was empty) and this is the coffee they gave me. Flavored milk. Would have zero stars if that were a choice.

This is list listed as a stand alone store but it is in Walmart. As I am standind there ordering my drink i am adding funds to my dunkn app only to be told when i am done that they do not take payment via the app. I should have left right there, but i drove 28 miles out of the way to go to dunkn. They made my caramel latte wrong so to fix it they put 3 more pumps in the drink and said here it's fixed. From there I walked the long walk back to my car parked at the end of the parking lot only to have the coffee continously drip all over my hand, leg, shoes and the ground. I have never had an experience like this at any of the dunkn donuts I have visited throughout the United States.

It says they open at 7 here at 730 and gates still closed worker says they open at 8 that need to be corrected other then that no complaints

Great coffe and workers, I give the store a 1 star due to their change in hours from opening at 7 to opening at 8. Most people go to work at 8, and want to get their coffe on the way to work. I love dunkin coffee, but they just lost my business. Change back to opening at 7 or even 730 so people can go before work!!!! Whoever hear of a coffe shop not open until 8am!
The munchkins they had at this location were semi stale already at 8 am , great atmosphere . But they need to hired people who can do basic math or who knows what 1 dozen are.

Relatively new and good Dunkin inside one of the best Walmarts. A special deal they have is Walmart+ member get a free coffee every day which is pretty nice. Otherwise, it's a normal Dunkin.

went to gutenshon dunkin this morning waited over 10 min, lady told me they were understaffed hold on, waited another 3 min, then I ordered 2 doz donuts for work meeting, was told they had no frosted or glazed donuts, she could frost some but they wouldn't be pretty!

There is not much here to keep inviting us back. This time, the floor was sticky dirty from, most likely, dirty mop water. They were out of chocolate milk, OUT of CHOCOLATE MILK! That's got to be one of the most needed donut condiments! No cinnamon rolls because they don't serve anything with cinnamon any more? What? And let's be honest, it's not like the donuts are anything special, not bad, just not great either.
