Great coffe and workers, I give the store a 1 star due to their change in hours from opening at 7 to opening at 8. Most people go to work at 8, and want to get their coffe on the way to work. I love dunkin coffee, but they just lost my business. Change back to opening at 7 or even 730 so people can go before work!!!! Whoever hear of a coffe shop not open until 8am!

The munchkins they had at this location were semi stale already at 8 am , great atmosphere . But they need to hired people who can do basic math or who knows what 1 dozen are.

Relatively new and good Dunkin inside one of the best Walmarts. A special deal they have is Walmart+ member get a free coffee every day which is pretty nice. Otherwise, it's a normal Dunkin.

went to gutenshon dunkin this morning waited over 10 min, lady told me they were understaffed hold on, waited another 3 min, then I ordered 2 doz donuts for work meeting, was told they had no frosted or glazed donuts, she could frost some but they wouldn't be pretty!

There is not much here to keep inviting us back. This time, the floor was sticky dirty from, most likely, dirty mop water. They were out of chocolate milk, OUT of CHOCOLATE MILK! That's got to be one of the most needed donut condiments! No cinnamon rolls because they don't serve anything with cinnamon any more? What? And let's be honest, it's not like the donuts are anything special, not bad, just not great either.

Since this place opened, I have been here 4 times. Twice in the drive-thru and twice as a walk-in. The drive-thru is a little sloppy with their drinks, but I guessed it was because the employees were new. The counter service was not great. The employees both times seemed like they didn't want to be there. I felt sorry for them even though they were not rude to me and they gave me my order correctly. These experiences stopped me from visiting this location. I hope things get better!

First visit to this store so I was unfamiliar with their menu. Staff was rude, substituted my order, if I hadn't checked I would have brought home a dozen of something nobody would eat. They said that's all they had but not until I caught it. The donuts are horrible in comparison to Krispy Kreme or even Daylight on Sunset. Horrible store. I'll drive the extra mile to Daylight or the gas station to get Krispy Kreme. Thought I'd give it a try! Boooo! Too bad Dunkin spent all that money to upgrade those stores and created a bad product and didn't train the staff.
Very yummy and satisfying but sadly it was the last day for the chicken sandwich

They were out of half of what we had tried to order and said they wouldn't make any for the rest of the day and they really didn't even make them at this store but came out of Elm Springs store, when I opened the sack there were no napkins inside and they looked like Bakery goods from Walmart... first and last time to visit the store!

The DD on Elm Springs Road in Springdale has much to be desired. My 1st visit on June 29, 2017, they failed to toast my bagel. added cream cheese instead of butter and added sugar without direction to my coffee.
