The munchkins they had at this location were semi stale already at 8 am , great atmosphere . But they need to hired people who can do basic math or who knows what 1 dozen are.

Relatively new and good Dunkin inside one of the best Walmarts. A special deal they have is Walmart+ member get a free coffee every day which is pretty nice. Otherwise, it's a normal Dunkin.

There is not much here to keep inviting us back. This time, the floor was sticky dirty from, most likely, dirty mop water. They were out of chocolate milk, OUT of CHOCOLATE MILK! That's got to be one of the most needed donut condiments! No cinnamon rolls because they don't serve anything with cinnamon any more? What? And let's be honest, it's not like the donuts are anything special, not bad, just not great either.

Since this place opened, I have been here 4 times. Twice in the drive-thru and twice as a walk-in. The drive-thru is a little sloppy with their drinks, but I guessed it was because the employees were new. The counter service was not great. The employees both times seemed like they didn't want to be there. I felt sorry for them even though they were not rude to me and they gave me my order correctly. These experiences stopped me from visiting this location. I hope things get better!

Worst experience. Did the drive-thru to get donuts for work mtg. When I got to the ofc and looked, they appeared to be day old AND they even unloaded plain-no frosting donuts on me. Never again!

First visit to this store so I was unfamiliar with their menu. Staff was rude, substituted my order, if I hadn't checked I would have brought home a dozen of something nobody would eat. They said that's all they had but not until I caught it. The donuts are horrible in comparison to Krispy Kreme or even Daylight on Sunset. Horrible store. I'll drive the extra mile to Daylight or the gas station to get Krispy Kreme. Thought I'd give it a try! Boooo! Too bad Dunkin spent all that money to upgrade those stores and created a bad product and didn't train the staff.

We were in this very same place right after they opened in 2017. We thought "hey let's give ourselves a treat and get donuts and coffee on Sunday morning." That experience was sub-par at best (but actually bad). Being the ones to always give businesses a second chance ... once again we saunter in 10am on Sunday morning 3-24-18 with our newspaper to get a late morning coffee and apple fritter. Hoping to enjoy a delicious treat. I gave the review three stars because the food and coffee met my expectations of fast food donuts and coffee. However, I was taken aback by the surly, neutral, indifferent, and even inconvenienced attitude of the pony tailed young girl that took and filled our order. I would think a purported fun loving company like Dunkin' Donuts would train their staff to greet and treat customers with some respect not be upset they were bothering their rap music listening time.

The DD on Elm Springs Road in Springdale has much to be desired. My 1st visit on June 29, 2017, they failed to toast my bagel. added cream cheese instead of butter and added sugar without direction to my coffee.

I absolutely love this place its always clean and the employees are super friendly. I'm a dissapointed that they close at 8 now instead of ten. Please please stay open till 10 at least im originally from chicago n it's 24 hours over there but at least close at 10 or maybe midnight PLEASE!!!!

Donuts dried out, crunchy instead of soft. Very little cream inside donut. Bacon, egg,cheese on small flour tortilla was overcooked and bordering on burnt. Usually an excellent donut chain. I'll stick to drive thru at Harps. Not given napkins both times I visited
