10 minute wait to get my order taken after getting to the speaker. More than 10 minutes to get my pizza after that. Even then only got my pizza because I walked up to the window. Employees were too busy eating to even be polite.

What an absolute nightmare.
Came in from out of town and didn’t feel like getting out of the hotel. So I decided to have this DoorDashed over through there website.
Doordasher arrived with 11 pizzas after I ordered a medium pizza and a small cheesy bread. She tried to call you all saying you messed up the order and they said to keep all 11 pizzas and said I had to call to get the refund. I call you all and the guy on the phone clearly understands that he messed up and refuses to acknowledge the mess up and instead tells me to call DoorDash to get the refund even tho I went through your website.
I now have no pizza and had to call DoorDash to get a refund. Absolute awful. Would never order from here again!

We did my Son's Eagle Project near this location. We had 2 work days and part of Eagle Projects is feeding the volunteers. For both work days, I called when the store opened and placed an order for pickup a few hours later.
Not only were they ready early, but on the 2nd work day, I was pretty early to pick them up. Since I had to wait (totally on me), they actually gave me an extra pizza, AND the pizzas were to be before the pre-order time.
The staff are helpful and friendly. We will definitely go back when we are in Springdale!

I was on a 18 hr day end moving. They help me put my dinner for our family and friends together on my second trip I told them I had forgot we was having help to plan our move, and whala (spellcheck) they helped me and I even had husba ds favorite leftovers for breakfast everyone thought it was a great idea. Thank you eureka pizza you did wonderfully helping a brain dead mom thru it! Merry Christmas to you all!

The person who assisted me which on my receipt says name was Seth need a course in manners as a Veteran I moved back to Arkansas because of its hospitality but this man was rude spitting at a customers vehicle who is going through drive thru is lack of manners and that tone was uncalled for
