Really good location with good sandwiches.
I called within minutes of placing an online order and requested that they put the sauce on the side. There is no option online to put the mayo on the side. So my sandwich doesn’t get soggy.
Well I got a child who had no intention of providing any customer service. She said they already made it (which idk how they made 2 sandwiches in literally 3 mins) and told me to hold on and after holding about 30 seconds she hung up on me!
When I called back she said that he had already picked up my food and she couldn’t help. Well there had been no confirmation on my end that he picked up the food. Upon delivery he said he confirmed the order when he got there thus proving she was being dishonest and just didn’t want to provide any customer service.
She told me to take it up with door dash but it was firehouses crap service I had the issue with.

On multiple occasions, my simple order of a BLT has been wrong, or not toasted, cold sticky bacon on it, and tonight, onion and something other than mayonnaise on it. Disappointed that the location is not consistent as it is very convenient. I'm just going to go to Bentonville from now on.

I am a weekly visitor here and always have excellent food and service. On 7/12/24 the service was awful from the cashier to the 30 minute wait for one order. No apology and extremely rude cashier who I had not seen before.

Solid firehouse subs location. They offer a freestyle coke machine and it's very clean. I got the smoked brisket & cheddar sandwich. Seating inside is pretty limited.

Terrible customer service when online order was wrong. $30 for sandwiches that were wrong. Ordered combos and they didn’t even have ice for the drinks. When I called they didn’t care and didn’t offer a resolution. We reordered from subway for half the price.
