10/10. A superb steakhouse. Bert has crafted an extraordinary wine catalogue with the best steaks i have had anywhere, with mind blowing sides to pair with your choice. Gaskins on Emma has become my new benchmark for a night of steak and wine.

Steak flavor = amazing. Overcooked? Yes. I did get it to go but even still this wasn’t close to medium rare. The potato pave’ was a salt bomb. I felt my blood pressure increasing on the first bite. I’ll give this place a go again but a few misses this time. Service was slower in my opinion but not terrible.

We came here for our anniversary dinner, it was a very nice atmosphere. First time I'd ever had roasted bone marrow and it was amazing.

My wife and I had the pleasure of visiting Gaskins while we were in town for my wife's work. We eat out quite a bit and love finding new places. What a treat to find Gaskins. Our server, Heather, was fantastic. She explained the menu, gave us tips and answered our questions. We weren't terrible hungry so she suggested we split the prime rib for $10. We received our own salad and potato. We are very picky with regards to prime rib and it was DELICIOUS! We always compare it with Lawry's Prime Rib and we think Gaskins was actually better. The drinks were great also. We will be in town once a month for the next few months and we will definitely be eating at Gaskins each time we're in town. Highly, highly recommended!

First time there, but won’t be the last. What a somewhat hidden gem of NWAR, unless you’re willing to make the trek to Eureka Springs. We were fortunate enough to get a table in the bar area because the restaurant was full of reservation ( highly recommended) diners. Not only were we luck to get a table, but to have Nick as our server whose main responsibility is to be an incredible mixologist behind the bar. Nick was an outstanding server, on top of keeping the rest of the Gaston’s patrons very satisfied with the beverages of their choice. Top top it all off the food was some of the best we’ve had in the area.

Outstanding dining experience all around!

Great hopes -- most restaurant that have steak as an option is there to prove the ablity to cook. When your menu is limited to specialty short list, it is too show you exceed. Coupled with a price point that in fine dining i would call moderate pricing for fine dining. It was not busy at 5:30. I eventually had to ask my server for his name as I like to address people with respect but it was first flag. Over all for the price structure it was average service nothing unique at $100 a plate. When asked how the steak was i responded adequate. How at a steak house restaurant, can they not get medium rare is beyond me. Here is what wait staff do not understand. 14 Oz steak takes 3 min per side plus 1 minute to rest. If you offer to cook me another steak it may take another 10 minutes to get it properly brought to my table at the fastest. My lovely wife who planned this evening is sad I didn't get a steak cooked properly. Then i am going to have her sit there watching me eat the new steak for another 15 min as i enjoy and savor my meal. Then the potential for flavor takes a turn. Butter is put on the top of a steak too give it shine and glisten of a juicy appearance. Not too replace what was cooked out of it which would explain the amount of butter used. The server never told management. As the manager came around. The i mentioned the flavors were potential there but the steak was easy over cooked, over buttered. The potato was over cooked. If this experience was at a backyard BBQ with a friend who wasn't a cook it was okay. Needless to say I ate the steak as wasting it and my time were not on the menu Drink list is very diverse and you will find your flavor or pairing as needed. It does have a nice modern industrial atmosphere. However it is very loud and as stated it was not crowded. The salad was just perfect and the vegetables were perfectly done. Your sous chef, i would promote him and demote the chef. Based on the other reviews I would say this is correct observation. Not sure I will be back. But if a friend wants to try i would consider giving another opportunity. I almost feel a 2 would be in order if this was the garden variety restaurant it would have gotten a 3. But specialty fine dining you deserve a 2. I hope this is an opportunity to improve. Your saving grace was a fantastic hostess is staff could meet half her energy the experience would be a great foundation.

Came here for my brother's birthday dinner. It was 4 of us & the service was very friendly just not what it should have been for a place like this. My wife & I ordered the prime rib & we were shockingly disappointed! For what we all paid, it should have been spot on! It was very loud to where we could hardly even carry-on a table conversation. I think some sound acoustic panels on the wall would definitely be beneficial. I will add that Gaskins started waaay back when our uncle owned it & the prime rib would just melt in your mouth....I don't like giving bad ratings so I will put a many stars as I can. We might try this place again down the road.

So good! Andy took super good care of us and the food was to die for. Loved the calamari, burgundy mushroom soup and the side of mushrooms on my filet. The filet melted in my mouth. It was all extremely good! We will definitely be back. It was super romantic place for us to celebrate our engagement and everyone at Gaskin’s was super kind and welcoming.
