I don't give you sauce do you have to ask them for sauce you have to ask for sauce boss for kids sauce for the no or Noah songs for it the sauce food Cindy case the worst you got another pizza restaurant on penguin hills chemical hills has won a pizza restaurant Pinnacle hills has a pizza restaurant it's going to feel yours go to that was the one that's better of gusanos is Dale the worst the restaurants because don't eat them did one store to close the store with everybody give it one star

I ordered food. They told me it would be 30 minutes so I got there 30 minutes later and waited a whole another 30 minutes for them to have it done by the time my last pizza was done and ready for pick up my first two pizzas were cold.
Honestly, I don’t See how they stay open. While I was waiting for 30 minutes, there were at least five other customers that came in and had to wait just like me. Every pizza that would come out, they would have no idea what the pizza was or what customer it went to so they would ask everybody in the lobby what they ordered

Screwed up our order had to go back to get our pizza

The pizzas all tasted great but the prices were too high. The waitress told us we could do a half & half on a 10-inch pizza, so we ordered a half Hawaiian/half Margherita but she did not tell us about an extra charge for the Margherita half which amounted to an extra $4.20 on top of the already steep price of $15.99 for a 10-inch pizza. That's just outrageous!

I’m from Chicago so I’m very picky about pizza. The best pizza place is in South Bend, IN. I’ve NEVER seen anyone come close to their pizza, until this weekend!!! Gusano’s was AMAZING!!!!! If they used raw Italian sausage it would be right there on point!!! I really with it was one of these in Benton!!!!! I would be there 2/3 times a week

Always a good pepperoni and Italian calzone. I didn’t enjoy it near as much with COLD Marinara sauce. Disappointed. Hope this is just a hiccup.

Went there for dinner and were the only people there and it still took them over 30 minutes to serve our ONE PIZZA we could see them in the kitchen just standing around smoking and playing on their phones the pizza was cold on top of all that would give less stars if possible WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Pizza is good, but they are almost always short staffed. The staff that are there are very nice and helpful.

Ordered wings dry rub and when I pick up my lunch got back to work . No dryrub disgusting food . Check your order before you leave.almost $15 dollars really. Don’t buy from there n they weren’t even busy at 1130am

We had a reservation for our family group of 14. However, the time frame of receiving our food was ridiculous. We all ordered at the same time but there was obviously a problem going on in the kitchen. Our waitress was fine but... the problem was that we all ate separately because that's how the food was being brought out. We had 5 family's with our group of 14. We were there for almost 31/2 hours and to top it off, one of my granddaughters and her family didn't even get there pizzas served until we were all finished and had there's served in a box to go. We kept asking and we were told it should be 5 more minutes 4 times and still didn't get it served so they finally brought it out in a box because the rest of our group were done eating. The food was good but the management of the kitchen was unacceptable. Your restaurant wasn't even very busy so I really don't understand where the kitchen manager was or if there even was one. Hopefully you'll check in to this and fix your problem or we go elsewhere.
