Food was good. Customer service was terrible. I will not be returning because of so.

My husband and I visit the other Gusano locations (e.g., Bentonville, Springdale, Fayetteville) often and are usually very happy with our experiences, however, this location has been a disappointment every time we use it. Today our pizza looked unfinished and smelled super strongly of mushrooms. The waitress very sweetly offered to have the kitchen put cheese on top (like it usually does!) and stick it back in the oven. When I got the pizza back it still looked horrible, just with half-melted cheese on it now and the strong mushroom smell remained. The smell was so off-putting I had to open the windows on the way home to stand it in the car! I don’t know what the difference is with this location, but the other Gusano locations need to step in and help this one out, or they aren’t going to be in business much longer!

There's a reason that others don't try to offer Chicago Style Deep-dish Pizza. It's in there name, right? I drive a truck around the country, and was happy about the opportunity. So sad. Just bad. You can put a little burn on the edges of the crust, doesn't make a dogfood pizza good. Oversalting is another way to hide the bad taste of your food. This was a salt BOMB.You'd think they'd at least make a solid effort to cut the thing. Nope, had to go to the store to buy utensils to cut my cold dogfood pizza. There's a reason people go out of business then ask these why while crying into their hands.Owners of this joint... you now knew.Oh, forgot also, ordered 2 cups marinara to dip my crust. How many do you think I received?Yep, you got it.Lastly, the crust tastes like there was a flammable agent sprayed on it to give it the Chicago-style look in pictures.Just horrible.

Took forever to get our food and it was okay at best. I hope to see some improvement if I ever go back.

We were there over 30 min before we got a drink or our order taken. Another 45 min before we got our food. Usually like Gusano's but at this location I will probably not visit again.

Pizza was decent, service is ok, beer is not as cheap as they advertise bc server/ bartender wrongly charged us. Also be prepared to pay $1.00 for a small cup of ranch. Ridiculous!

Food is edible, even if the order is wrong. The service is.. well.. I've been here three times and they've messed up big enough to where I had to wait for my food to be completely remade two of the three times which were to-go orders. The first time was a pizza that took 45 minutes the first time and 25 minutes the second time. The second mess up was a Chicago dog and when I received the correct order, one of the two Chicago dogs had the toppings on the side, not even on the Chicago dog. The one time I dined in I had to call the store from inside the store to get someone to seat us (there was no other customers in the restaurant). All of the employees seemed to be out back when I called.Atmosphere isn't bad, everything else ruins it.I often go to the Gusano's on Pleasant Grove and the difference is unreal. I'm treated so much better there and I'm always taken care of. The only reason I choose to go to the Tontitown location is because I live a couple blocks away from it, if not for that I would never go back.

We go to eat lunch here at least once every two weeks, typically it's really good service, always have a friendly waitress. However today's experience was horrible.we waited thirty mins before our drink orders were taken. People came in behind us and were taken care of before we were. We had to get our own menus as the waitress didn't seem to even notice us.Our food was great as usual, however the waitress in an hr and 45 mins only came to check on us once to refill drinks... Got home to discover my pizza dip didn't have the chips with it either (ordered it to go) ...

My wife called ahead an order for two pizzas. One was gluten free as she has a gluten allergy. I did not know what she ordered. I was told to pick it up. I was given what I thought was our order and walked out. I paid a little over $42 total. After making the almost 20 mile trek home, we realized we had been given someone else's order. I immediately called the store and the girl tells me "yes, your order is still here. You can just come pick it up". I explained that I didn't want to make the 20 mile drive back (almost 40 mile round trip) to Springdale and that I just wanted a refund. Since my wife has the gluten allergy, we couldn't eat any of it. She told me that she would gladly refund my money. Two weeks later while thumbing through my bank account, I realize I had not been refunded. I called the store and spoke to a manager. He apologized and told me a regional or district manager is the only one that can refund me and they would be reaching out. A week passes and I don't hear a thing. I call back and talk to a different guy. He tells me the district or regional manager tried to call me twice, but I didn't answer. I told me I had no voicemails or missed calls. He tells me I will be receiving a call. I placed my order on June 16th. As of writing this review (July 20th) and stopping by the store last week (manager wouldn't even come out of the kitchen to talk to me and leaving my number again) this issue has not been resolved. I still have not received a call. Sadly, I've never tasted Gusano's pizza and never will after the way I have been ignored and pushed aside. Customer service is what separates good business's from bad ones. Enjoy your $42 donation. This is in reference to the Springdale location, by the way.

"Please wait to be seated" sign was displayed at the entrance, so we waited. And waited. And waited. Multiple employees saw us but no one bothered to speak to us. After ten minutes, we left.

Just okay. To preface this review, I’m allergic to raw tomatoes and occasionally, there will be a cooked tomato-based sauce that aggravates this allergy and their pizza sauce is definitely one of them. It wreaks havoc on me so I can’t eat their red sauce so truthfully, anytime I think of pizza, it’s not Gusano’s.With that said, I came here with a group and ordered an Italian beef sandwich. 10/10 DO NOT recommend. The meat was soooo dry, the bread was super hard, and it did not taste good at all. Our waitress never came back to check on us after we got our food so I did not have the opportunity to ask for something different until we asked another waitress for help. By this time, everyone was done with their food so I requested a ham and cheese sandwich to go. Their cheese bread is really good and the ham sandwich ended up being good, too. My son ordered the carnivore pizza and he liked it. So the food is not all bad, the experience as a whole just left a lot to be desired. Check them out, though. Their pizza might just be what you’re missing from your life! Lol
