Had a mobile order took a little longer than usual that was due to them training. The staff was very apologetic about the wait. Once I received the order they gave a free sub card for the wait. I had an older gentleman chase me down because he thought I didn’t get everything! Every time I come in the gm always greets me! As a gm myself I know how challenging it can be to deliver great service and be sure to give great training. Keep it the good work!!

I love Jersey Mikes! We live in Rogers but my baby and I are visiting my mother in law today in Springdale! The service here is top tier. I have never had a bad experience at any Jersey Mikes location. They are known to be friendly people and they make great subs. Mrs.T is newer to this location and took care of myself and my little baby today she was friendly and has an amazing smile. Her son Dari also works here and I’ve encountered him before when being in this area at this store he has a presence about him that lights a room and greeeted us today the moment we hit the door! Greeting is so important. As someone who was a career server and did front of house management in food service for more than 12 years going out to eat is something I love to do but don’t always do because I can be very sensitive or extra heightened to being in those environments because I expect things to go a good way and they don’t always. There was also a lady named Brittany I’ve seen before in this store she was very kind and made my baby smile! Anyway, talked a lot about the people and not the food. The food gets you to come and the people make you stay!!! This location and brand has the goods and good people.

The sandwich was really good & they were well staffed. There is not alot of seating during the lunch rush. The only suggestion for improvement is to keep the tables cleaned quickly & ready for the next customer.

We order from this location at least once every other week. Its a delicious and fast meal for our family. The staff is always kind and the food is always delicious. Our order has always been correct!

This is a Jersey Mikes location that goes above and beyond what you expect from the sandwich chain. Adam and the team serve up sandwiches with a smile, and I can’t recommend this location enough.

Amazing experience. Adam and his team were crushing the lunch rush when I arrived. Service was excellent and swift and the food makes me feel like I'm gonna accomplish everything else I have in store for my day!
