Great hot and cold sandwiches!

This is a Jersey Mikes location that goes above and beyond what you expect from the sandwich chain. Adam and the team serve up sandwiches with a smile, and I can’t recommend this location enough.

Amazing experience. Adam and his team were crushing the lunch rush when I arrived. Service was excellent and swift and the food makes me feel like I'm gonna accomplish everything else I have in store for my day!

My favorite sandwich shop! Best of the best

I went in with great hopes because I love Philly cheese steak sandwich’s, I heard that they are as close to the real thing as possible. Needless to say I was disappointed in this place, my son went and got food there for him and his wife right before I had went to get food for my husband and myself. She ordered a wrap and when she opened it she had a sub not a wrap so when I went to get my food I let them know what happened so I could get it the correct thing and they treated me as though I was lying and just trying to get free food.( they had to look it up in the computer and then asked me if I brought back the messed up food) I ordered 1 sandwich for my husband and I to share and it literally took 32 minutes for it, not to mention that on a Philly the onions and peppers should be soft not crunchy. I asked for jalapeño on the side for my husband and lettuce/tomato on the side for me and they put all of it in the same container, when I said something to them about it the worker said oh I can put the jalapeños in a separate container as he proceeded to pick them out of the container as if that was the answer. This was my first time eating at any of their restaurants let alone this one, and it’ll probably be my last. Very disappointed!!

The food was all right I mean it was kind of warm the veggies, but other than that the atmosphere was really hectic and crazy and the manager was really rude to me. When I asked to speak to them. They gave me a great amount of attitude more than how I was talking to them … just go to the one on Joyce. It’s way better.

Jersey Mike's had a National promotion to support breast cancer research. Having a close friend who is currently fighting that battle we decided to go eat lunch there during this promotion. We took a large group along with us (32 people). Bryce and his grew were prepared and on point. The served our entire group with speed and professionalism. The were all friendly full of smiles and very helpful. And the food was just as good with very reasonably priced.

I honestly can not give enough praise to Jersey Mike's or this Springdale location. Job well done!!

I came in and was totally Ignored. So I left .
I could here people talking in the back and there was a guy making a sandwich and another started cleaning the grill.

Dirty blond long hair guy that was working was every unprofessional and rude.

The original Italian is my favorite sandwich and the service is great. Regan Hamilton was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be going back to this location.
