Had a mobile order took a little longer than usual that was due to them training. The staff was very apologetic about the wait. Once I received the order they gave a free sub card for the wait. I had an older gentleman chase me down because he thought I didn’t get everything! Every time I come in the gm always greets me! As a gm myself I know how challenging it can be to deliver great service and be sure to give great training. Keep it the good work!!

I love Jersey Mikes! We live in Rogers but my baby and I are visiting my mother in law today in Springdale! The service here is top tier. I have never had a bad experience at any Jersey Mikes location. They are known to be friendly people and they make great subs. Mrs.T is newer to this location and took care of myself and my little baby today she was friendly and has an amazing smile. Her son Dari also works here and I’ve encountered him before when being in this area at this...

The sandwich was really good & they were well staffed. There is not alot of seating during the lunch rush. The only suggestion for improvement is to keep the tables cleaned quickly & ready for the next customer.
