Absolutely lazy workers. We frequently take our soccer teams to Jimmy John’s all over the US and have no problem. Like any other place, the girls go through the line getting their sandwiches and the order is rang up tax exempt at the end to pay in full. Took our team to this one in Springdale AR and the workers claim they can’t do that, that each would have to pay individually, all 33 people. Of course that’s insane, so we left. They just lost out on around $500.

Ordered carry out when we were in the NICU. Had a family member pick it up since we couldn’t leave. She checked with staff and asked “is this all of it?” when picking up the food.
We’d ordered a meal (which is already overpriced), but they only provided the sandwiches. So, we paid $5 for a drink and chips we never got.

Downright deplorable service. Went In with my team on our way home, we were refused getting more then an 8 inch since they said to be low on bread. Fortunately I have use of both my eyes and could clearly tell they have dozens on loves not 10 feet from the counter. This was at 3:05 pm and it seemed like they simply were refusing us to avoid work. Not cheap either + long wait definitely worth avoiding

Employees made it very difficult to return change. No foot longs. Bad service. Bread was soggy. I wish there was a 0-star option. I’d rather get tacos from a public restroom.

This Jimmy John’s is awful. The service was terrible, they didn’t want to give me my change, and the workers were incredibly rude, there was pee all over the floor. The bread was moldy and wet. The decorations looked like a drunk person made them. I wish there was a 0 or negative star option! Never come here!

Indifferent, acted like she could care less about the order, walked away while I was ordering. Food was good, location was clean and well kept, service, awful.

Total came to $28.50. Wouldn't take a fifty dollar bill cash. Ridiculous, that is all I had. Went down the road to slim chickens and paid our $16 total with the fifty with no problems. Thanks Slim, thanks for nothing Jimmy.

Wrong! Completely wrong! Ordered a Cuban, not whatever the heck I got. Turkey tomato and lettuce was what I got, not what I paid for. Crew was too busy talking to even take my order in the first place, and when he did finally decided to ask what I wanted he wrong up the wrong food! Don't go here, the workers don't give a dang, the service is bad, and overall a waste of hard earned money. Do better.
