Tried to order online through doordash and they completely ignored the order with no communication.

I was a little concerned when neither of the two workers behind the counter could tell us what was used in a particular pizza, and they kept stumbling over ingredients...but I ordered it anyway and I guess it somehow got figured out. It was delicious!

Called to place an order for pickup 23 mins before close I was rudely hung up on after being told they are not making anymore food for tonight I called back and asked for his name, Giovanni, he reminded me this is his store since he is 1 of 2 managers. Maybe a more professional manager would help. It's crazy how patrons are treated without customer Giovanni, you will not have a job. I will not ever even attempt to order from here due to his lack customer service.

They put barbeque sauce on my pizza, when I choose that to be on the side, and I didn't even want BBQ sauce in the first place but there was no option for no sauce when I ordered it.

The lady behind the counter stopped cutting up my pizza to get on the phone and start griping about a Giovanni being on delivery. Meanwhile I’m sitting there alone in here waiting on my food whilst she settles her quarrel. Idk if she was on drugs or something but I come to town trying to buy pizza for the family and I see this and wait patiently. Guy on the phone was helpful though! I dont think I’ll be back however.

They has a very bad service, is like the personal always is mad. And they look to you like you asking for free food. They act like they don't like hispanic people.

The young man that works does a PERFECT job making all the things. The sandwiches are crispy...like they are supposed to be and everything is well cooked. When we went tonight, the young lady that was working gave us doughy cheese sticks and a sandwich that wasn't cooked like normal. Did really seem like it went through the oven. So sad.

As an avid lover, and watcher of Dave Portnoys one bite pizza reviews I gotta give this place a solid 4 out of five stars. The pizza is great I love it. Top notch. I like the old fashioned style of the place, but the service got a knock because they told me it'd be 20 mins for my pie and I waited 45 mins. 45 mins is fine, but you need to tell me that. Otherwise pretty dang good pizza.

Kid-friendliness: Everytime I order here is with my kid and we always chat it up and like watching them make the pizzas
