This rating is for brunch. Yes they have an amazing brunch here! It is an awesome well though out menu and with lots of local ingredients!! Oh and did I say $1.99 mimosas!? Yep those were nice. I didn't even remember to take a photo of the incredible food we had (ugh) but that was because I basically scarfed it down. Ha Go give them a try for Sunday brunch!!

Came for Sunday brunch. Got there about 10:30 so the patio was empty but started to get busier at the end of our stay. Patio is very shaded. We were in the shade the entire morning. Service was very quick and helpful. It was our first time so we have lots of questions. Our table shared the chocolate gravy and biscuits, it was drizzled with KYYA chocolate and fantastic. The chorizo tacos that my fiancé ordered were great. Good portion size and the potatoes were perfect. I had the Highway 412 based on the servers recommendation. The biscuits are the best. Definitely not frozen pucks. These are large flakey and delicious. Out third guest had the fajita steak and eggs, it came out on a skillet with breakfast potatoes. She said it was as good as it looked. The best part of our experience was the $1.99 mimosas. They kept them coming. We had a great time and will definitely be back! It doesn’t surprise me that they have one of the top brunch rankings in the area.

Haven't been to Jose's, a REAL Jose's since it moved off Dickson.Had read about the sale of the franchise to others who didn't maintain the level of the original. Didn't take long for Jose's to disappear from NWA. They had been a fixture in Fayetteville and the place to see or be seen, especially weekends or after a Razorback game. I've been told the location in Springdale at 412 and 112 was opened by the original owner and I hope that's true. It's a cozy space with a huge bar. They also have a patio but it was too hot to try it!! I sat at the bar. Laura was attentive without being intrusive. She provided excellent advice about the menu and drinks. I'll definitely be back and this time bring friends!!!

We use to be a huge fan of this establishment. Unfortunately, it just isn't as good as it use to be. I'm sure the pandemic and lack of workers are the cause of the decline in quality. I am hopeful as things ease with supply chain and increase in people wanting to work that this business will return to its glory days.

The Best Tex-Mex is Northwest Arkansas. The fajitas are perfect. Sizzling with a bed of onions & peppers. Plenty of fresh tortilla's & their chips are crisp & delicious. Jose's fajitas aren't the soupy reddish sauce that's become popular in the run of the meal Mexican spots in NWA. Did I mention lunch? The jalapeño burger is Top 5 in the state...seriously...try it, it doesn't disappoint!

We went for taco Tuesday & the tacos were gross & mushy... the meat in the flautas was tasteless & musky too. We were disappointed. Service was good tho.

If it wasn’t for Doug being the good citizen and always giving back to the community. I would say this restaurant is absolutely gone down hill. Were they horribly understaffed, most definitely! But food was mediocre and service was atrocious. Took them 15 minutes to even acknowledge us and seat us! Staff looked as if they were about to just walk out. You could feel the negative energy radiating off them just by observing for a few seconds! Never received a menu so we picked it up off the floor. Never got silverware, had to retrieve it ourselves! Got a margavesa half full and even with the pony beer fully emptied it wasn’t even full. It was sent back and was still charged for it! Need I say more? Was there with family on Saturday Feb, 19th around 7pm. My family used to love coming here so it’s really disappointing to see how fast it is going down hill.

Came here for Sunday brunch. Insane price for one bottle of champagne, then weak pours on the $1.99 ones after. Took almost an hour for our food to come out after we ordered it, and was subpar at best. The service was alright, our waitress was there every 5 minutes at first and then disappeared for over 30 minutes when we sat there with empty drinks. Overall, wouldn't recommend for a brunch spot. Could be a different vibe at dinner.
