Food was cold and stale. I ordered a 4 piece but they could only count to 3 before becoming confused. Worse KFC experience in my life.

Wait for lobby is RIDICULOUS 🤬. I understand your window is everything but when you have two employees plus a cook but focuses more on drive thru. When you have someone in lobby you giving should shift from helping drive thru to helping your lobby take your orders then prepare them. Love was clean. From what I could see everyone was washing hands and wearing gloves I just wish they treated lobby with the same respect as drive thru.
What I ordered...
2pc original w waffle (subtituted with fries since they discontinued the waffle), chicken sandwich and wedges. Food was fresh and juicy.

SOOOO SLOWWWWWW! 2nd time coming to this location on thompson. still the same slow, rude and horrible people that work here lmao. twice i say, TWICE and both times sat in the drive thru for more than 30 minutes along with 3-5 other customers with separate orders waiting to be served and 2-3 people needing orders taken in the lobby 😆 this place is a joke

I visited this restaurant on 10/11/25. My sisters and brother-in-law were picking up dinner here and I decided to tag along and order my own food.

Entering the lobby, we were not greeted. We weren't too worried about it, we needed time to look at the menu anyway, but it was odd that we weren't acknowledged because they didn't seem slammed. Maybe 2 cars in the drive-thru and just us in the lobby. After several minutes, an employee came to the counter and took my brother-in-law's order. Once he paid, I walked up to the counter to place my order. The employee headed back towards the kitchen. No big deal. Maybe he went back to give the other 3 employees a heads up (my brother-in-law ordered a family meal for him and my sisters)?

I stood at the counter, hoping one of the four total employees saw me waiting. The employee that took the first order came back with the food and placed it on the counter. I tried to get his attention, but he walked back to the kitchen. I continue standing there. Then I decided that maybe it was faster to download the app and place my order on it. Did just that and then stepped away from the counter. Another employee (who had glanced at me a few times while I was at the counter) approached me and asked if I needed help. I politely told her that I was just waiting for my food now, that I had just downloaded the app and placed my order. The look on her face showed me that she knew the crew messed up.

Now the food... I get home and dig in and I was very disappointed. My fries were SALTY, honestly looked like I ordered salt and they sprinkled fries in it. The chicken was not even fresh, you could tell it was sitting out for some time.

They've upgraded the place,very nice atmosphere.service was great and the food was good.but the BBQ sauce wasn't that tangy sweet brown sugar flavor they had before.they BBQ sauce was average.

Horrendous Service, We did a mobile order but this was unexpected. I know you make your food “the hard way” but I am not waiting 33 minutes for some Mac N Cheese. A manager was walking around slightly dismissive while on the phone while her kids got to eat way before us (they came 15 minutes after us) also there was no toilet paper, we asked the manager politely. 15 minutes later my mother asked for a toilet paper roll and SHE put the toilet paper in. not a staff member, not a maintainer. A FELLOW CUSTOMER. The only times they weren’t 1/10 was when we were upset after about 30 minutes of waiting, The staff members could have seen our upset faces. Everything was cold, including the chicken and biscuits except for the Mac. No napkins, no silverware to eat the Mac. And overall one of the worst experiences me and my mom have had in quite ever. The only good thing about this restaurant was the guy making the Mac was the only one who was in the slightest bit apologetic and also the atmosphere was nice if we are not talking about the toilet paper situation. I give this a solid 2/10 being generous here.

I have had issues with this place prior. Last time
they forgot half my order and now a bug was in my drink and not until I was about to dig into the food I saw another one in my fried pickles. This is gross. Like gross. I tossed the whole thing out. Do better. The bug was in my cup next to my straw. 👀

Before I entered the store I was in a fantastic mood. I was on top of the world. But as I entered this establishment I was instantly blasted with immense shapism. As I looked around my eyes were bombarded by squares. Yes they had a few circles but not near enough to counteract there very apparent shapism. I would like cooperate to come to this establishment ASAP and fix this discrimination towards other shapes. I will adjust my review once this disheartening tragedy of a view is fixed.

Slowest KFC I’ve ever been to and was standing at the counter with no help. How can a fast food restaurant be so slow. Only 1 drive through customer and just me and my kid at the counter. I only stayed because my kid wanted KFC and insisted we stay. The restaurant is very dirty got bugs and food still all over the tables and floor. Once my order got taken I was prompted anything, just what can I get you. Like no common courtesy (sorry) (let me throw in something for your 15 min wait) nothing ? The food was mid, giving it a 1 star due to the fact kinda scared if I ate a bug or got some of that dripping condensation from the vents.

Drive through service was OK but the fried chicken was terrible. It seemed like I got reheated left overs. The chicken meat was very tough and dry and the flavor wasn't right 😪 spent almost $30..I use to love KFC lately it's not been good at either local location..I miss the days you could take tour family there for the buffet. Their standards were different..
