This particular store has regressed from service to food. They consider their customers a pain in the backside. Recently went through their drive-thru, and the girl was very short. Very unwelcoming.
The food was on par with the service. A soft drink with no ice that tasted like it had been sitting on the counter for hours. A pile of dough which I assumed was their version of a biscuit. Cole slaw served as a soup, and the main dish, the chicken, breading either falling off or completely missing and half raw.
I spent $14 for this and ended up throwing it out and going to Popeyes.
Won’t make that mistake again.

Absolute joke, DoorDash brought me watered down Mountain Dew, no ice, ordered 2 extra biscuits but didn’t even get the one that comes with the combo.

We enjoyed the fried chicken, original recipe, and we love the sides, especially the cole slaw. The food was hot and fresh. They had fast service and the manager is super accommodating, and very professional. She is absolutely the BEST!!!

Ordered a 5 piece and 4 piece chicken tender with ranch for both. Received a 3 piece and a 4 piece with no ranch. Chicken tenders were small and not fresh. $28 for fast food chicken that’s not fresh…. Not good.

I ordered through the website, like most places. It got sent to doordash. The doordash driver sent me a text, it'll be more than 30min and didn't want to wait. I was at work so didn't respond immediately. The doordash driver was able to cancel my order without anything from me. I called the store the guy with heavy country accent said that was my problem. I ended up ordering carryout and the order of course was not correct and no receipt. No wonder KFC is declining. They use to be a great family food place

I have lived in Springdale for years. With that said, this kfc location always looks like a ghost town. My son begged me to go because he loves fried chicken and mac n cheese. First impression(still a ghost town) We questioned whether or not they were even open. Whenever we went inside to order, I noticed how spacious and clean it was. You wouldn’t assume this from the outside appearance. I ordered a family bucket extra crispy with sides. The cashier was friendly . It came out quick(but, not TOO quick) . The food was actually good. Chicken was crispy and not soggy, biscuits were fresh, macncheese and mashed potatoes and gravy were tasty. Overall, we will be coming back.
