I came in to get some chicken and was told by the cashier lady after she was done talking to her friends that there was a 20 minute wait on chicken cuz they didnt have any cooked. It was 6:30 at night! You know there is a dinner rush. Its not fast food if we have to wait 30 minutes for food! Why wouldn't you have any chicken cooked? I left and went next door to Popeyes. Less than 5 minutes to get my food there. I won't be back here again. Management needs to fire their employees cuz their lazy.

Last night we had a small problem with our order. We love Siloam Springs KFC, always the best chicken!! I went in and asked to speak with a manager...Kaitlyn came right over immediately and didn't even question the issue. She just did it! Thank you KFC SS!!! The apple poppers are amazing, btw! If I could give this place 0 stars, that’s what it would get. Walked in and every table was dirty. There was no one in line or anyone at the tables. The cashier that was there to take our order got mad when we asked to wipe the tables down. She grabbed her manager to take our order. I came in with 6 others and I went ahead and ordered first with the manager. 5 other people still had to order. The manager walked away into her office as she saw 5 others still needing to order. In this time the cashier was still wiping the tables down and didn’t even clean them all the way. The guy in the kitchen got the manager and she told us that she didn’t realize everyone else needed to order. Obviously the people who work here do not like their job and it shows. There’s a difference in trying to do your job and just being plain lazy. Period.

My husband and I just went through drive-thru in order to fill up boxes we actually haven't been to a KFC in a very long time we're kind of surprised by these new Philip boxes once we got through the drive-thru we realized there was no pastry We turned around and called back up there to make sure that it was included The lady who answered said she was a manager and then when I explained the situation she hung up on me. I called back and explain the situation again she then told me that they were out of pastries and it would take 22 minutes to cook I explained to her that would have been nice to know in the drive-thru instead of just not putting it in our meal when I asked her her name she told me she doesn't give up her name and hung up.
Great job KFC you really know how to train your staff. I will be contacting corporate as well.
What has become of KFC in the last handful of years? It used to be soooo good and so nice. Now, the prices are through the roof and the customer service sucks. This one is especially heinous. Would not recommend. You can go right up the street to several other chicken places that are much nicer and cheaper with great food. I was a DM for retail stores for years and you need to fix your stores KFC. Unacceptable.
