I'm trying to be as gentle as possible because I understand that times are tough and places are short staffed. With that being said, the guy that took our order was great. However, the manager was crying and being disrespectful to her co workers. For example, their wait times are horrible and she said "does anyone know why drive thru times are at 1770 seconds? Because that's going to get reported" Very unprofessional. We waited for our food for over 20 mins and my chicken was cold. My biscuit was hard. The lobby is clean so they got that going for them I guess.

Running out of options early, newness has worn off so they are now performing as needed. Service is slow and not friendly. Multiple people working, but not towards customer service.

I have to say this definitely was a great lunch today. It wasn't busy inside at all so I was able to order and get my food within 5 mins. The inside was very clean and the girl at the register was nice. I ordered the 3 piece chicken that came with 2 thighs n a chicken leg w/mash potatoes n gravy and a biscuit. It was nice and hot and really good. Plus I ordered the 4 piece chicken tenders w/fries and a mash potato & gravy. It was really good as well. I just can't believe how expensive it was for lunch for 2 it came out to 29.03. Other than that it was a great lunch. Not much parking here but easy to get in and get out.
