This is the best Asian food truck in Springdale so far that I ever been to. The Steak cook perfectly Medium, Chicken is very tender and juicy, Shrimp is not over cooked. The fried rice has alot of flavor, noodles is also nicely seasoned! Ohhh, Salmon is very delicious. I'll definitely be back again, the price is also very reasonable compare to other Japanese food truck and restaurant in the area.

Great service and cool atmosphere, but the food is no Bueno. Caked up fried rice, over cooked chicken, steak and rubbery shrimp. Yum Yum sauce was delicious.
Sorry but never again. I will stick to the Asian food truck at the Boardwalk in Springdale.

I had a 4 hr procedure at the hosp and called in an order today to take back home to bella vista. Food was great! I got orange chicken with veg and rice. You definitely get your money's worth! If I'm in the area again I'll be stopping by.

Surprisingly good for a Truck.
I loved the ramen, it was packed with flavor and they didn't short me on the protein.
I will be back if I want ramen or quick Japanese food

Best hibachi japaanese food I’ve had definitely recommend if you’re in the Springdale are , it was yummy and big portion , food actually has flavor and very happy with my order , we will definitely be coming back when in the area !
