La Huerta - Mexican Restaurant

Came in for a brief stop while shopping and it was perfect. Quick service with a smile as always. We got some cheese dip and some drinks for the table. The restrooms were clean and thr parking lot had plenty of space for customers both inside and outside.

Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly space.

Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible parking but no ramp our front and no power door. The restroom doesnt have a power door either and all faciliin the restroom are above the reach zone for wheelchair users.

The food was excellent, I had fajita tacos. And a cheese dip. There was so much, I got to take the rest home for the next day. Just as good as the day before!!

Had hair in my food and was told by the manager that it was my own hair even though I have short curly hair that isn’t long and blonde like what was in my food. Also ended up waiting 20 minutes for refills on a not busy evening night as well due to server not being present. Very poor experience and very poor service from both the server and manager on duty at 7:00 PM 8/10/24. Do not recommend this place to others and will also not be returning.

Service was abysmal except for the one guy who actually gave us refills. Best part, my son found a hair in his torta, and the manger wouldn’t do anything about it. Been going here for years but never again or other locations

Solid tex mex location with good prices (especially on the lunch menu). I got the 3 enchilada plate from the lunch menu which was great (and a big portion for lunch) service quick enough for a work lunch and they are friendly. It may not stand out from all the other twx mex locations in the area but it is reliable.

The manager on lunch time is the worse manager I had seens we had a problem w the bill I was over charged he didn’t want it to returned the money his attitude was so repulsive that I hope the owners take actions about it customer service coming from him is just the worse.

We stopped in for Taco Tuesday. This is the third time we have went there. The tacos the last two times weren't worth even the "special price". The first time I went they were so amazing. Also that first time was at night. The last two times were during lunch. Frankly I have a few gift certificates. I need to use up. Once I am finally able to use them. I will request when I am in the area visiting friends we find another Tex Mex restaurant. This one is not worth going to. I have ate at other locations of this franchise. Without any disappointment. Only this location has lack luster food.
