La Huerta - Mexican Restaurant

Just wanted to say thank you for a great experience as my friend and I, Mr. Chad from the executive inn came and had fajitas and a good draft beer. The Lord Jesus led us there and it was an amazing experience and the men and women that work at this restaurant are absolutely amazing. If you're looking for a place to get a great meal, this is the place. Thank you. Through executive inn and Tyson foods.

La Huerta has gotten so much better since they revamped their menu. This time we got asada sopes, first time trying their Torta Cubana and Diego Special. May be our new favorites but I haven't had anything from their menu that wasn't amazing. The portions are pretty large so they'd be easy to share. We just usually take some home.

U might get a wrong order or they may forget what u asked for or what they were doing… 20 servers and noone can finish or figure out what they r doing…

Update 8/4/25: They have cheapened up their ingredients. Even salsa does not taste good anymore… Used to be my favorite place to get taco salad… but now ground beef tastes like they got it from Wal-mart 😭Very disappointing. Will not be returning.

waitstaff was on phone in a booth near us..never got refills…finally had to ask for a check. So disappointing as this is our favorite Mexican food chain. Will not return to the Springdale location.

Very disappointed with the food and service.As soon we walk in the server was playing with the hostess not even welcome us ,we not even know what our server name was he never introduced himself,we ask questions about some menu Items ,he was completely lost,I ordered my food when the food arrived my food was not what the menu says they bring avocado slice when the menu says guacamole ,trust me I know the difference between,my food comes with tomatoes and pickles onion and i read the menu very carefully before i order my food,our server never shows up to make sure our food teste good or not.He finally decided to check on us and I was hungry but my food was Disgusting I asked for the menu, and he brought it and I ask him why my food can’t wait tomatoes, and pickle onions if I read the menu very carefully, and the only answer he gave me, was they do for a better presentation. Trust me if the menu says pickle onion and tomato I will say no tomato,no onion,the manager never comes to our table to fix the situation I definitely never come back to this place and absolutely not recommend to anyone And for the management please be aware what you guys whenever you guys put menu Together Work has a team with the kitchen to make a sure you guys on the same page. No

**ONLY reasons they get two stars, is because some of the other waiters/waitresses (that didn’t wait on us) were very kind to our 4 kids, and the food was actually pretty good.**

Great food, however 3 servers continually kept sitting down a couple booths over from us, and would just sit there and talk. The girl stopped by our table one time one her own, the other two, we had to get her attention. Then when we were leaving, my husband was paying and decided not to leave a tip. When we checked our bank account last night, it said 77.03. That’s what she told us our total was, fine. I look this morning, and it was $85.03 was taken out of our account. Not happy about that at all.

And after reading reviews just now, we will not be returning, and I will be letting my friends/family know not to go here, because I’m not the first person they’ve overcharged.

The private room is super great for events, and the staff is always so kind. Love having gatherings here. Margaritas are tasty, too!

I always love coming here and eating.. but the service could be better.. almost everytime we come here we get our complimentary salsa and our drinks, then after we order and get our food our server never checks on us. And then half the time we're waiting for our ticket, or waiting to ask the server for anything that we need.. just keep up with your tables and make sure they have everything they need every now and then. I understand there are days when it's short staffed. If so just communicate, mostly people are understanding when things like that happen. Food has never let me down though and yall have Friendly servers. Just check on your tables and little more often.
