This is the worst location of all locations. Staff there would rather socialize with each other than cook. They should change their hot and ready to hot in ready in 10 mins. They never have lunch special ready. Nothing is ever ready.

This location should hire adults. Waited 30 min on a drive through order while I watch a guy who works there eat pizza behind the counter 💀 He also was loading up pizzas into the warmer at the same time, hard to do. I drove back around the drive through to check on these kids and they gave those pizzas out. They just need supervision I think.

Sometimes the pizza looks really good other times it looks and taste awful. Most of the time my kids will eat a whole pizza at a time but there are days they ask for it and it goes to waste due to the poor quality. I also recommend them slowing down to make sure if a pizza is supposed light sauce it actually is light sauce.

I ordered my pizza from Little Caesars on highway 412 west in Springdale. And this is what I got. When I called to complain. The management accepted no responsibility at all. Therefore, I will never go back.amen. UPDATE: I received a full refund
Super unprofessional to take the phone off the hook half an hour before you close because you don't want to take anymore orders. I'm sure your corporation wouldn't appreciate the loss of sales.

The staff has poor customer service, the girl who serves with short, long black hair is very obnoxious and doesn't even say hello and they dilate a lot, they don't even come out to attend to the people who are outside for your order. They should train the staff to give better customer service. customer because of the people we come to buy there have jobs and still treat them badly the problems are left at home they are not taken to work I asked him for a pizza with cheese on the edge and ham and he gave me one without cheese on the edge and he still I say that my order was done wrong and he started arguing with me, he threw the money back at me and I told him that I wanted the pizza and how much I needed and he got angry and still reluctantly gave it to me

I’m normally not one to leave reviews online. However, I like Little Caesars and would like to see a change to this location.
The building is a dump, the employees did not acknowledge any of the customers inside, and my pizza was dry, stale, and burnt. I’m surprised they haven’t failed inspections or been shut down yet.
