Please make sure your pizzas are actually hot. I don't want to get sick because it wasn't held at a good temperature.
It was a little over $7 after tax and quick to pick up. But id rather spend a couple more dollars and wait at Sam's for a hot, larger, cheesier pizza.

It was really bad, i ordered 3 pizzas they hsd me waiting 1 hour and a half and they didnt even make my pizzas after checking in 1 hour and a half of waiting. I asked them 3 seperate times and they told me to wait,so I just left

When we ordered cheese bread and cheese puffs, we sat for 36 minutes. We went in and the order was wrong and they told us that it would be an 30 min to an hour wait. This is the worst service we have had from this place. Manager never spoke to us. People ordering online got their orders immediately saw multiple others going in with receipts as well.

Food is fine for “fast food” pizza. Service is terrible every time. The wait is unnecessary and they always make you pull around to the front for no reason. When they do that, it’s almost always a guaranteed 20 minute wait for a single box of pizza unless you go inside and demand it and point out the fact you’ve been waiting with no apologies. They never have good service- EVER. Tonitown location is FAR better but out of reach for me. Springdale location needs a revamp with new ownership and or management.

Put a online order and got notification that it was put in the oven and when I went to see the store was closed and the ladies where just on their phones not working , not sure why they closed the store I guess for phone time 🙂 then still don’t answer after 4pm not picking it up either already got other food lol

Waited at the drive thru window for 10 minutes while the employees look & act like ur not there. Worst freakin place EVER!!!!!!

Went to pick up the fantastic 4 pizza collab. The young man in the counter went above and beyond. Extremely polite ,professional and very friendly to my kid. Much appreciated it!!
