No complaints about food. It's just very slow getting food out for how little people are in the waiting area. Maybe I just come in at the wrong times, but they never seem to have any "Hot'n Ready" when I've gone. Maybe business is too slow to have them ready ask the time? ??♀️

My first order at the new location and I am very pleased! Good lunch option and I appreciate how clean and friendly the ladies were here. The pizza was a bit floppy and could have been cooked a little longer but all in all, it's good pizza and can't beat the deals they have.

The pizza was not "hot and ready." The staff was extremely rude.

Got charged for 4 Extra Most Best when we just got the hot and ready so check your receipts. Veronica was my cashier. We live 2 hours out of town and were only in town to see specialists at Arkansas Children's Hospital. It is frustrating to be charged for EMB when we just got regular hot and ready (that we had to wait for because no pizzas were hot and ready)

I’ve owned three pizza shops and seven other restaurants over the past 12 years. This place will fail if better operating practices aren’t taught and maintained,It’s noon on a Saturday and there are zero hot and ready pizzas—ZERO. The two employees didn’t acknowledge me when I walked in and once one finally walked to the front she couldn’t have cared less if I was in there or not. They were making dough which is needed, but for a concept that operates on the premise of having pizza “Hot and Ready”, you’d think they would prioritize making some first thing, instead of knocking out all the prep first.I went across the street and purchased domino’s instead. $45 to your competitor.Judging by other comments/reviews, this is a frequent occurrence. Let’s say it happens 5 times a day with an average ticket of $20.$100*363 days open=$36,300 in lost revenue. And that’s before counting the lost lifetime value of the guest. This is likely the case of a franchisee not wanting to increase their food cost by potentially throwing out unpurchases Hot and Readys. This is a fools game and a short sided way to operate your business.

Never has a hot and ready so what are you advertising it for, 6:30 p.m. and nothing 3 times is enough.

Every single time i call to place an order no body answers the phone. And i cant order online for pick up because they only take delivery orders online for uber eats and post mates. Their job is to answer the phone for orders i dont know why its so hard.

What is the purpose of having a phone if you’re just going to let it ring? This happens every single time.

This specific Little Caesar’s location makes the pizza perfectly to spec EVERY TIME. Someone up there takes pride in their work and it shows. Delicious, we won’t order from anywhere else!
Lazy workers told me there was no pizza, I had to ask 3 times until all staff finally stand up and started making one.
