I like to go to Mama Z’s for their salad and spaghetti and their half order of onion rings. We ordered the half order of onion rings. We got our salad and roll and then started to eat the onion rings. Then here comes our actual meal because we placed our order right before we got onion rings.They do not pace their food out so my helpful hint is definitely go there to eat, but I would definitely wait to order the actual meal because it will come out lickety-split. Mama Z’s should use better practice and maybe find a way to take time with customers not working. I hate to feel rushed.

We love Mama Z’s! Their onion rings are the best I have ever had. I love their Chicken Parmesan with spaghetti, it is a huge portion enough for 2 meals. The chicken fried steak special on Wednesday is also amazing!

Mama Z’s is true comfort food at its best! Their lunch specials are unbeatable—every bite tastes like it came straight from a family kitchen. The sausage dressing on Thursdays is absolutely incredible, and the roast beef on Fridays is tender, flavorful, and always cooked to perfection. And of course, no visit is complete without their famous fried chicken and spaghetti… it’s the kind of meal you’ll crave again and again.
The staff makes you feel right at home, the portions are generous, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality and amount of food you get. An added bonus—you can even buy their homemade sauce and noodles to take home, so the goodness doesn’t have to end when you leave.
It’s one of those local gems you can’t live without—Springdale is lucky to have Mama Z’s!

Cuisine includes Italian dishes, sandwiches and diner. Save room for the homemade pies and cobbler. Already planning to go back (we live out of town) to get more Grape Cobbler!! I want the recipe!

This is an awesome place for a quick lunch break. I went on a Thursday which is turkey and dressing day. You get broccoli or sweet potatoes and homemade cranberry sauce with a roll and tea for 10.50. Customer service is amazing. Food is quick hot and fresh. And absolutely love the grape cobbler.
