If you’re not going to eat your pizza because it was scraped off (maybe because they put too many toppings on it and maybe that happened in the oven (yet you ate some of it) ? sooo cook your own pizza next time. There’s a reason why they are ALWAYS soooooo busy. You in a hurry ? You can always go get a ready made pizza from Eureka Pizza or Little Cesars. There is also a NEW “German” pizza place CLOSE it’s called … Quityerbitchun.

Put my order on line. Had the order confirmation and when I got there after 1 hour waiting my order wasn't ready. They need a Real manager that can run a good pizza joint there is no communication between the staff they seem lost every customer that was there weren't happy about their orders not being read

We usually like Marcos pizza but today was very disappointing. We have to drive 20 minutes to this location so it’s not super convenient but like the pizza. Today it looked closed, I tried to do the drive thru for my pick up and no one came to the window not a huge deal. Went inside and not super friendly and the store is dirty. There are hand marks all over the front windows and doors. They had the back door open and boxes were thrown everywhere and I could see that the dough was just sitting out on the table in the back. The biggest disappointment though you could not eat the pizza or we wouldn’t. It literally looked like someone took their fingers and racked off the toppings and cheese off. Half the pizza was like that. You could actually see scrap marks. The cheese sticks had very little cheese. Very disappointing as we usually love Marcos but we spent $50 on food and didn’t eat half of it.

I've ordered Marcos several times over the years. The pizza is amazing. I placed an order for pickup over the phone. When I arrived to pick up my order 2 large pizzas were over $36. I asked the employee why they didn't apply any coupons to my order?? They told me that it was online only and wouldn't apply the discount. I've never had any issues using coupons in the past. This is the last time I will be ordering any pizza from Marcos. If I see commercials offering a special price or coupons online, they should be available to me as a customer. Greed cost you business

Had a coupon but they wouldn't let us use for delivery but no where does it say that it could only be used on the app or in store.first time we ordered from them it took 2 hours then next time I called they didn't have a delivery drive so I won't be ordering from them again
