They delivered wrong pizza called was on hold 10 min. Offered a drink brought wrong one and brought a cool pizza and it wasn't a thin crust. Didn't make a fresh one sent the one that was done 20 minutes before then 10 min more on delivery. Not real happy. On the upside my brownies were awesome.

Very very disappointed. We order pizza from old Missouri Rd in Springdale all the time. And they always deliver to our home. This time the employee tells me. They can’t deliver it . Because their system says. They don’t deliver on my area . When we have ordered many many times. It’s about 2 miles away. What the hell. What’s the point of having delivers drivers?

Usually I like ordering at this location because of its proximity and ease to pick up something on the way home on really busy days. Today’s experience was not very good though unfortunately. I placed an online order and got to the window to pick it up. The young man working came to the window and informed me that I needed to go inside the restaurant to pick up because he didn’t have time to deal with the window at the moment. I went inside of the restaurant and am still here waiting for my order well past the promised time and was that has barely been put into the oven. The only guy there working said that people were on break and management had left him there alone. Could management possibly do better at this location as far as scheduling is concerned by not leaving one obviously stressed and overwhelmed guy there to man the ship?

I ordered online and put in a delivery time, and they show up an hour late and it's not the first time and I am only 2 miles from there location i won't spend another dollar at this place.

The lady making pizza did make our order or the family that ordered after me she didn’t do there order either we both paid when we ordered the you man that help me took my money was a really nice guy he said given them 20 min 26 min later she didn’t have any of our order ready hadn’t even started it same for the people who order right after I did but everyone who can in after we ordered got there’s I will never go back I hate the young man that works there was so embarrassed she did even start our order plus I all ready paid she thought giving me a Pepsi would make it better she needs more training on how to handle more than one order at a time very disappointed won’t go back I should have made her give me a refund but I didn’t.

Marco's used to have excellent pizza but the last three times I bought pizza barely any sauce absolutely no taste to the pizza at all this last one was a Philly pizza the only taste there was was the green peppers the pizza was dry and Bland y'all should look into your Springdale Arkansas store on Highway 265

Wow! The manager is simply phenomenal. I could not give higher accolades. Amazingly friendly, quick to make people laugh, just a good guy. 10/10
