I used to love ordering from this location until these last few orders. The pizza has been less than lukewarm and smaller in size. Less toppings and worse tasting. Not only that, but each and every time I place an order, I request, by phone, plates, napkins, cheese & pepper, etc right before it gets sent out for delivery and they always reassure that they will add it to my order. Not once have I ever got anything I requested. The only employee that has made the effort to make it right was Gage, but every time I request him to handle my delivery order, I get told he's not available. I will not order from this location until I see people reporting better experiences. I'm leaving 2 stars in hope they fixed these issues

I used to love ordering from this location, but the last few months the quality has really declined. Either there are only toppings on half of the pizza, the veggies are completely raw, or they forget to put on any cheese. Very disappointing.

This family of racoons really enjoyed your pizza... They send their compliments. That means I didn't. About 2 slices in and I couldn't eat anymore. Had to throw it away. Reminds me of bad dominos pizza. Several years ago I used to get pizza from here and it was pretty good but it's gross now. The atmosphere is nice but for take out that's not much of a selling point.

I came to Marco's for its convinience being right on Old Missouri. It was a little industrial and dark on the inside but pretty open. My partner and I tried the deluxe pizza as well as the cinnamon sugar bites and brownies for dessert and all of the food was wonderful.

I’ve been ordering takeout from the Marco’s Pizza on the corner of HWY 265 and Don Tyson Pkwy at 3637 S Old Missouri Rd, Springdale, AR 72764 for several years and have enjoyed some of the best pizza I’ve ever had. However, the past two times I’ve ordered a pizza from this location, it was at best, lukewarm and tasted like day old pizza that was reheated. I normally don’t write poor reviews. However, I hope this will make whoever is responsible for this pizza location aware of the sub-quality pizzas that the staff is providing to its customers.

They delivered wrong pizza called was on hold 10 min. Offered a drink brought wrong one and brought a cool pizza and it wasn't a thin crust. Didn't make a fresh one sent the one that was done 20 minutes before then 10 min more on delivery. Not real happy. On the upside my brownies were awesome.

Very very disappointed. We order pizza from old Missouri Rd in Springdale all the time. And they always deliver to our home. This time the employee tells me. They can’t deliver it . Because their system says. They don’t deliver on my area . When we have ordered many many times. It’s about 2 miles away. What the hell. What’s the point of having delivers drivers?
Usually I like ordering at this location because of its proximity and ease to pick up something on the way home on really busy days. Today’s experience was not very good though unfortunately. I placed an online order and got to the window to pick it up. The young man working came to the window and informed me that I needed to go inside the restaurant to pick up because he didn’t have time to deal with the window at the moment. I went inside of the restaurant and am still here waiting for my order well past the promised time and was that has barely been put into the oven. The only guy there working said that people were on break and management had left him there alone. Could management possibly do better at this location as far as scheduling is concerned by not leaving one obviously stressed and overwhelmed guy there to man the ship?

I ordered online and put in a delivery time, and they show up an hour late and it's not the first time and I am only 2 miles from there location i won't spend another dollar at this place.
