Went through there at 9:40pm got 2 $5 meal deals when trying to get Dr Pepper to drink they said they were out of Dr Pepper most likely cause they just didnât wanna change it. When getting home at 10pm I realized they forgot both of the 4pc chicken nuggets that go with the meal but made sure to put the sauce in the bag⊠the fries have had to been sitting for over 30 minutes to be as cold and nasty as they were. We decided to call up to the store to see if we can get things fixed and they said they were closed for the night???? I thought they were supposed to be open 24/7 why r they saying they are closed at roughly 10:05 pm???? Terrible experience.

Called to ask if they had monopoly prize stickers and was told yes, we even asked the person in drive thru and they said yes. Got the food and nothing had the monopoly stuff on it. We even checked to see if our items matched whatâs eligible and they were. We called and spoke with a manager and she denied everything. We even have pictures of the food and receipt. Told us there was nothing we can do. We also requested one sandwich to not have bacon on it, the receipt and sticker on the box says no bacon but we got bacon on it. My team member has religious regulations against eating pork causing him not to be able to eat it, contaminating it. Worst experience Iâve ever had.

Every time we come around 11-11:30 they always say that they only are serving drinks. We asked why and they say that they are (and I quote) âhaving difficulties with their grillâ and then we asked for Hot Cocoa or coffee and they said âthe machine is downâ. At this point why have a fast food place open if itâs just going to be a drink shack? I can go to the gas station for that. Stop closing down your stations early just because you want to go home. This is NOT accurate to your closing times. Just say you close at 11 at this point.

Usually great! Terrible today... I ordered an iced mocha. They tried to hand me a half empty cup of just coffee, no ice... in an iced drink. When I said something, they seemed irritated. Then they just poured some ice in the cup and gave it to me, rather than remaking it properly. It was so gross I had to throw it away. 5.15 down the drain. I come here every day M-F, and usually it's great, but I wish I could get a refund or a free drink. It was that gross

That nastiest thing I've ever had came from this location. The bread was soaked in grease on part- way beyond the normal amount of grease- so I just picked that part of the bread off only to find it raw in the middle. It's not like you're going to McDonald's asking for a lot but come on folks. This was beyond atrocious.

They are very slow and very rude I sat there at 1am for almost 25 min for one sandwich. The other times that i have been there. They were sloppy. My fries are always in the bag instead of the actual little thing that is supposed to be in. my sandwiches are always messed up either, It's not what I ordered or it's extremely sloppy put together.
