That nastiest thing I've ever had came from this location. The bread was soaked in grease on part- way beyond the normal amount of grease- so I just picked that part of the bread off only to find it raw in the middle. It's not like you're going to McDonald's asking for a lot but come on folks. This was beyond atrocious.

They are very slow and very rude I sat there at 1am for almost 25 min for one sandwich. The other times that i have been there. They were sloppy. My fries are always in the bag instead of the actual little thing that is supposed to be in. my sandwiches are always messed up either, It's not what I ordered or it's extremely sloppy put together.

So I wanted a strange but simple request, I asked that the big Mac beef patties be instead replaced with chicken for my order. I already checked with a different McDonald's that it was possible to do, instead of telling me that they can't they straight up told me no. I would have been fine with it had they said something like unfortunately we can't do it that way but they straight up told me no.

after waiting 40 minutes in line to even order (I was sitting at the speaker and even said excuse me multiple times and got no response) they incompetently filled my drink to the top with ice and when I put my straw in it exploded all over my car in this cold ass weather. definitely dumbest crew I’ve encountered
