The customer service lady named Lisa or Kim or karon i cant remember..she does not know the rules to monopoly
She scoffed at me over the phone.
They told me that all monopoly eligible items ordered in the app only come with a digital peel
This is not true. I.have refunded and given digital pieces by the national wide mcdonald Corp. It does not matter if your order digitally or in person, the physical monopoly pieces should be on all large fries, and large drinks
This has been a bad experience...pathetic, meanwhile the Lisa lady literally has no idea what she is taking about

I was hired and told i would be getting a $500 hiring bonus after 90 days of employment, and i didnt get said bonus because i had to leave because of a family emergency even though i had been there and worked for my 90 days. management said because i was not actively working for the pay period AFTER my 90 days Even though i received a paycheck for that pay period i wasnt active when they did payroll so they would not pay me my bonus I earned!! DO NOT WORK FOR THEM! Matthews Management is a JOKE!

Ordered a Mobil order got to McDonald’s gave them my code and they still refused to give me my order because I went through the drive through instead of curbside even tho there were no empty spots then said I would be refunded and I still haven’t been refunded

THE DISTRICT MANAGER WILL NOT RETURN RETURN MY CALL REFERRING TO THE BRENT ALABAMA MCDONALDS. A retired veteran was ignored and the rest of the story has been shared. TERRIBLY RUDE EMPLOYEES AT THIS MCDONALDS.

Every time even if there is not 1 single car behind you you will be pulled forward or over to one of the reserved spots for drive-thru to wait for 10 min's. And chances are also reallll good that your order will be wrong / missing something.

I have no choice but to give them 1star… came into the restaurant and ordered then had to use the bathroom , which BTW was destroyed, and they were out of toilet paper. After requesting to have it filled the manager had the nerve to PLACE THE TOILET PAPER ON THE COUNTER AND WALK AWAY. This has got to be the WORST McDonald’s I’ve ever been to and run by management who do not care about ANYTHING.

I have worked for the Mathews years ago and to start off they false advertise 26-38 an hour for maintenance but when you apply they offer you 11 an hour. I complained about false advertising so they gave me 13 an hour a far cry from 26 -38 an hour and then I go into hospital for a medical issue that took place And they let me go..

Have been waiting in drive thru line for 45 minutes and there are still 6 cars in front of us. Have seen more people leave than have been served. Seen several employees meandering through lobby or standing around at front register and the lobby is closed.

Luanne was very rude. They were very dismissive. Horrible service. Corporate doesn't even care about what the employees do. Corporate is useless and tasteless.
