This location is a very poorly managed location! I sat in the curbside spot for 25 minutes. I had to call for my order after checking in. Then we got our meals with no napkins.🙄

I typically come here for lunch and I haven't had any problems up until today. I bought a couple burgers for some friends of mine and got myself a little 6 piece nugget. While I was eating, I noticed there was a HALF EATEN chicken nugget in with the rest of my other nuggets. It was physically much colder than the rest and was stale, and you could tell it has been out for a while. It's disgusting that it was even in my food which is supposed to be fresh and it's even more disgusting knowing that someone or multiple people are eating while ON THE JOB. I have worked in the restaurant industry for a very long time so I understand it can get very busy and mistakes can be made. But THAT LEVEL OF CARELESSNESS? There is ZERO excuse for that. ZERO. No matter HOW BUSY it gets in the kitchen. The staff up front were friendly and gave me a refund, but besides that, never eating here again. That was completely careless and also disgusting. DISGUSTING.

They never put sugar in my coffee, put enough creamer to change the color. This has happened several times. Will not be getting coffee from here anymore.
