Like any other McDonald’s, waiter forgot like half our order but thankfully we noticed this before leaving the drive through, good choice if you don’t want to cook, or if it’s midnight. There’s better food out there

I have had frequent problems with this location but most recently I ordered breakfast and I got stuck and traffic and it turned 10:30 right as I was getting there,I couldn’t get the breakfast items, I only received my diet Dr Pepper and I never got a refund for the rest of the food and it has been 4-5 days they said it would be back on my card by now. I like McDonald’s,I just don’t like getting robbed.This is by far the worst location in northwest arkansas.

Literally the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever dealt with. Burgers were slapped together and fries were only half full. If this is the standard now God help us. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION UNLESS YOU TRULY WANT TO BE

I don’t know why I keep going to this location. My order is wrong every time. And why do I have to ask for ketchup? Shouldn’t they just give it to you? I sometimes forget and come home with no ketchup. My food is always dry and fries are always old

Every table was very dirty. We asked the worker if they could wipe off the table. The response was "which table", my reply"they are all dirty so any table".. zero personality from this worker. Not that the personality matters but you're in a good service that requires somewhat of a kind personality. It was as if we were mean for asking someone to wipe off tables-which we shouldn't even have to ask. But I guess it's what's to be expected these days with McDonalds. But hey, burger was good
Lashanda was awesome super polite answered all my questions made me feel valued and welcomed always had a smile and super positive highly recommend going while she's there she deserves a raise will happily return

I don't usually eat or rate any McDonalds, but today I am making a change. From the moment I walked in this is a different McDs in the evening. The past visit was muddled with issues, from the employees to the food (that's another time). When I walked in they were not busy, and even greeted me with a smile and a welcome. I did order at the kiosk but the woman at the front asked me if I needed any help with anything (a welcome change). After I ordered the food came out fairly quickly and the woman brought it to me, asking if I had any issues to please let them know (another welcome change). The food was hot and looked different, like good different, fresh almost. All of it was great, the fries crispy and hot, the sandwich hot and had flavor. After all was said and done and I got up to leave the woman at the front thanked me and wished me a good night, and to please come back. I travel for a living and don't get that kind of service at sit down restaurants most of the time. To the owners, keep these employees and make them trainers for others at your restaurants. Thanks!
I have been ordering with the app the McDonald's app and it is very handy I would recommend it to anybody but I forgot that the card that I had linked with that didn't have any money on it, so I went up to the counter and there was a young lady there that helped me with transferring that order over to her register and I still got the points and everything!
