Burnt bun hard as a rock, ask for no onions, and it had so seasons on it that had onion in it, and I’m allergic to onions, just to som it up very bad experience never going there again

I keep coming back because it's close, but it's not great. I ordered online just after 5 am. They were unprepared, as if they started late. It took a couple of minutes to answer the drive through. Then food wasn't ready. I've been waiting 15 minutes and still don't have food. There are at least 4 others that are also waiting.

My son and I ordered two hot chocolates through the Drive-Thru and waited 10+ minutes with only 2 other cars in the drive-thru. My son’s hot chocolate was literally black coffee, and both were luke warm at best. I called within 5 minutes of exiting the drive-thru and they were rude and insisted we were making the mistake and that we’d have to bring it back to “prove” it was coffee. Which we did. The manager tried to only refund for a small coffee instead of the entire botched order, was rude, and stuck up for the employee who said we lied over the phone. She was also behind the counter talking to another employee saying “we slammed the cups down on the counter” as we were waiting for our refund. Customer service has taken a dive at most places but this was a “what not to do guide” at its finest. Though this is the closest McDonalds to us, anytime we want McDonald’s I’d rather drive an hour out of the way before frequenting this sad excuse of a restaurant again. Negative 100 stars. This happened Monday 12-15-25 around 10am.

We order 30 minutes ago and it’s been an hour and 40 minutes and they just giving food to the people in car drive they should be more people working hard and more people attending

No matter what time or how busy this one gets there's always some one waiting to bag your order and punch every hamburger in the face and it always seems like the patties or fries have sat for 3 days. I get it, in this day and age. McDonald's sucks. It isn't fast food. It's food made by what seems like angry teenagers who don't want to be there and adults who are upset cause they ended up working there and having to lead the angry children. This like the 45th time Ive been, I'm near and local and it seemed convenient but dang. Probably won't my 46th time. Gave yall so many chances. Anywho, people will still go and my review doesn't matter

To McDonald's head management please get better staff (store management) or just shut this location down it is a disgrace to ur company the wait is always super long for fast food and 90% of the time your order is wrong or cold when you get so might as well go to the taco bell next door atleast it's hot n fresh and your order is right

I was absolutely baffled at how I was treated at this location. I wait 15 minutes before I was ever even acknowledged ( a manager by the name of Jacob came up to the front and looked right at me and then went on with helping another employee ring up food for herself) some kid working came and asked if I’d been helped, I said no and that I was waiting on a DoorDash order. After a couple minutes, they came up and said they couldn’t find the order and asked what I was needing. The kid wrote it down and while they were packing the food, I noticed that he was putting the wrong drink in. The manager Jacob was walking by and I told him that the kid had the wrong drink and told him what I actually needed and he just laughed and said okay and kept walking and went right past the kid and never said a word to him about what I said. So the wrong drink got put into the bag and the bag got taped up. I finally got a hold of a different manager by the name of Amanda and told her about the whole thing and she fixed what was wrong with the order. I told her what happened with Jacob and she was super apologetic and told me that she couldn’t express how extremely sorry she was for how I was being treated. She was extremely sweet and super helpful. By the time I left there, I had been in the store for 30 minutes. I understood the chaos as myself has worked in fast food but to leave someone just standing there and then ignore them and laugh at them is horrible. I won’t be going to this location on my own anytime soon

Placed an order through the app and was met with sluggish gibberish at the speaker, then had to wait 10+ minutes for my order, which was missing my drink so I had to go back and ask for it, after which the person handed it to me after handling a dirty mop without washing hands, and the fries were completely stale.

We went through the drive thru at 1:30 on a Sunday and it was a long wait (unusually long for McDonald's). However, the staff apologized for the wait, were friendly and clearly were working hard. The food was consistent with McDonalds quality and convenience.
