I live approximately 1 mi from this location. Every time I go to this location is unprofessional people act like they don't care and if you go in or through the drive-thru your orders never right and they don't care will not go there anymore

Had a horrible experience. The night manager is rude and needs some customer service training. We went through the drive thru and had ordered what we wanted. We have our app number because we wanted the $1. Fries. We had also ordered 4 McChicken and she took it apon herself to change what we wanted and made one of the McChickens free but we knew what we wanted we were already getting the McChicken for a $1 due to another promotion. When we tried to explain it to her that that was not the way we wanted to do it after we had paid we didn't have fries and she said that's because we had got the McChicken for a $1 we tried to explain this to her but she wouldn't have it.. also I ordered no mayo and got mayo on mine due to their mistake she was so rude we ended up just driving off with a sandwich that I couldn't eat and no fries. McDonald's might wanna look into this..

I got a meal with medium fry and drink. I would have gotten more fries if I ordered a happy meal with double fries. Ridiculous. The carton wasn't even full. I bet if I counted, I got maybe 20 fries. I would have went back if I hadn't already drove back to work. Do better McDonalds.

Went through the drive through at 10 am. They told me to pull to #4. Waited 40 minutes in mobile #4 for just a sausage burrito. It is now lunch time. No apologies or refund offered and the burrito hardly had any egg or cheese inside. Very disappointed.

it’s like they just ignore their customers who actually come inside the store. the other day i watched a lady wait 30 minutes for water. today, i waited 20-25 minutes for one meal, eventually a kind, young, hispanic man helped me. When he went back to go get my food it had been sitting on the back counter, all prepared - it had been sitting there the duration that i was waiting on my food. so, apparently if you chose to order inside, you have to ask them to give you your meal 🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️
