I have continuously got incorrect orders. For the most recent example, I ordered a chicken biscuit and hash brown. I received a sausage burrito and a sausage mcmuffin. I have no idea how it is that 1/5 visits I get something different. to make it worse, one time I gotten incorrect order and went into explain that I got the wrong order, yet the person who I was talking to decided that I was wrong, because they’re the one that bagged my order and there’s no way that they could’ve messed up. I doubled down and explained to them that I was missing food, but they wouldn’t budge. Yesterday actually, I was given 8 nuggets when I ordered 10. It’s the little things like that that make the experience terrible. Also, along side all of the other times that they’ve given me wrong food, their soft drinks rather flat at times.

I’ve been eating at this McDonald’s for years. Mainly a drive thru customer. As of the past couple months, this specific establishment is going down hill. Food is always messed up, customer service not helpful at all. I’m not sure what has changed. But I’m sick of food I purchased not being in my bag and then getting attitude when I go inside and try and get it fixed. Get it together folks.

I went through the drive in and my food was cold, my burger was burnt and my frys were hard and crunchy. No ice in my drink. I had to wait 30 minutes or more. I usually eat inside and my food is always hot and delicious but everytime I go through the drive in it's terrible! I was going to McDonald's about twice a week but now It might be a long time before I go back.
Parking: Free parking lot.
Kid-friendliness: Lots of families bring there kids.
Wheelchair accessibility: There are a few handicap spaces for parking.
I eat plenty of McDonalds and I always have issues with this specific location. Today I ordered two breakfast burritos and a sausage McMuffin with egg. They were only able to make one burrito before running out of eggs. Instead of telling me, they only gave me one and hoped I wouldn’t realize it before I left!! I waited almost ten more minutes for my other burrito. Then I get home and they put the wrong egg on the sandwich. That egg is the reason I get that sandwich. I’m done with this location, I’ll drive over to Springdale for now on.

Never again. I try McDonalds every couple of months. Quarter pounder with cheese and fries. Bun was old and dried out. Burger not much better and could not have been put together with less care. Or this burger was cooked days ago and waiting to be dumped on someone. I should have taken my order back for a refund. This was the last chance. I will not order from a McDonalds in NWA.

I would give zero stars if possible. Was asked to wait in a spot out of drive thru. Waited 10 minutes, then was given the wrong food. She came back, asked for my receipt, and apparently they didn’t even make my order. Proceeded to wait another 7 minutes and still no food. I had to leave due to an appointment. Such a waste. Can’t even go back later since 1) she took my receipt, and 2) the only reason I went was for BREAKFAST.
