We went through the drive thru at 1:30 on a Sunday and it was a long wait (unusually long for McDonald's). However, the staff apologized for the wait, were friendly and clearly were working hard. The food was consistent with McDonalds quality and convenience.
I got a meal with medium fry and drink. I would have gotten more fries if I ordered a happy meal with double fries. Ridiculous. The carton wasn't even full. I bet if I counted, I got maybe 20 fries. I would have went back if I hadn't already drove back to work. Do better McDonalds.
it’s like they just ignore their customers who actually come inside the store. the other day i watched a lady wait 30 minutes for water. today, i waited 20-25 minutes for one meal, eventually a kind, young, hispanic man helped me. When he went back to go get my food it had been sitting on the back counter, all prepared - it had been sitting there the duration that i was waiting on my food. so, apparently if you chose to order inside, you have to ask them to give you your meal...
