They served cheese sticks with ketchup. Ketchup! That was one of the only things you could order if you did not eat meat. The smokey old fashion was really good though.

From the moment you walk into Medusa Bar & Grill in Springdale, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming and the music was kicking!!!
The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive—especially my waitress, Maria, who gave a recommendation that absolutely knocked it out of the park! I tried the Aguachiles and it was the perfect balance of spicy and refreshing. The flavors were bold and fresh, and the presentation was beautiful. I highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for delicious food, great service, and a chill vibe. Can’t wait to come back!

Came here tonight for my friends Birthday, we had the entire restaurant to ourselves almost, they let us play whatever we wanted for music, the vibe was soo good and the staff were personable and the atmosphere was so fun!! We really enjoyed it.

This place deserves more than the 4.1 stars it currently has because the food and the ambiance is top tier, and the building itself is very aesthetically appealing/pleasing. The menu has a lot of depth, the bar is stocked with a lot of tequila options and the prices are excellent for NW Arkansas.
