The food is great and the staff is very friendly and inviting. It is also a great bar just to get a cocktail after work.

They have a great bar. Bartender will make drinks to your request and goes out of their way to make it perfect. Their espresso martini is fantastic. Ask to rim in chocolate!

Parking: Tight lot but other spaces nearby.

The server was nice. The quesabirria was good too. I order a Margarita, to be honest it was terrible, a lot of sour. But I will be back, I will give them a second chance.

Excellent if small bar and grill. Had to take off 1 star for trying to use some bizzzare olive juice for Matinis. It was freaking nasty. Food however was most excellent.

Parking: Not a lot of spots

I'm from San Diego so i tend to approach mexican joints in other states with some semblance of caution because Tex-Mex just ain't the same as some good old authentic mexican eats. I'm often reminded of El Chico when mexican food is brought up in the southern mid-west
But damn did this place hit
The service was great, the lady that took our orders was really sweet.
Will definitely be back before i leave AR!

Service is not good. Waitress didn’t take our order we had to ask for someone to take our order ask for napkins and they only brought out one plate when it was a dinner for two. It was not busy so just disappointed with the people not providing good customer service. Will not be going back.

Medusa is a great addition to downtown Springdale. The burrito was spot on and the service was unbeatable! The watermelon margarita was a refreshing start. Finished with a blackberry cider which was equally good. The only downside is limited parking but we beat that by biking in.

Love this place! The food is good and the service is even better. Amber was the best ever, she's very nice and especially nice to my whole family and gave us great recommendations. I will always be a customer thanks to her and this great restaurant

Came in for a drink, 30 min later no drink. When asked the bartender about them ( mind you it was only a 2 drink order) she said drinks take more time. I ordered a mezcalita and my friend a vodka and soda. When drinks finally arrived, mine was totally wrong. Took it to the bar to let them know and the bartender asked, what's in a mezcalita???

I've been going here for the past couple of years and it has been the go to place to take friends from out of town and it was great... that said, we took a couple with us tonight and things have changed! New menu, new servers and less quality. The first thing we noticed was the lack of server interest and after receiving our greasy flavorless appetizer we had to wait and ask for silverware and napkins... the waitress didn't know the menu either because aparently it just changed and nobody told the staff. But to the real problem, the burger options are now 1 and they don't offer real cheese and when got them the orders were mostly wrong and the new "Medusa" burger is something you can order off the Junior menu at Sonic for MUCH less! The fries were still good but overall what a sad decline for a place we've gone since just after opening. I wish them well and I want awesome things for Emma Street but this is not good. P.S. a drink of Buffalo Trace Whiskey was $20 and it's $11 down the street at Gaskins Steak House. We're never going back.

This was our favorite place on Emma to take guests to. The menu has changed and the servers are untrained and the food quality has gone down. We won't be taking anyone else there, it was embarrassing.
