“My first thought upon entering was WOW, they had a fantastic selection of ice cream and also offered hot food. It was fun to see quarter machines and rides like in the old days. The older lady who assisted me provided amazing customer service! However, there were two younger ladies who were quite rude and need to improve their customer service skills. They stared at me while I was waiting in line (when no one else was in line). They didn’t offer to help or ask if I was ready. Nevertheless, I waited. The younger girl with the bold lashes could improve by informing customers of their total, so they know when to pay. After receiving my ice creams, I stood there ready to check out, not realizing she was ready for payment. Not a word was said. Aside from the poor customer service, they have an impressive variety of ice cream at reasonable prices. However, I will not be returning as a customer.“

“I’ve been wanting to try it out, and was not disappointed when I finally did. It’s not a casual restaurant, and was a bit pricey, but the food was well worth it. It’s not the kind of Mexican food that’s smothered in cheese and salt. I felt full but still healthy after leaving. And my marguerita was one of the best I’d ever had.“

“The food here was so good. I moved out about 6 months ago and the thing I missed the most was the food. Came here and got a torta and it was the best one I've ever had. The portion sizes are big and the people there are very nice and made sure to ask if we needed anything. I also loved the atmosphere and it felt like I was back at home. I recommend 100%“

“Been going here to eat for years. Had always been great service and food. Tonight,(06/06/2024) we stopped in for dinner. Wife had the Full Chicken Quesadilla and I ordered my favorite, a Beef Chili Relleno with Salsa Verde. What I got was a day old Chicken Relleno with the ground Beef layered under the whole thing and smothered in Salsa Verde. The whole thing smelled and tasted like rotten peppers and like it was soaked in vinegar. This happened at the Springdale, AR location too at the beginning of winter.“

It was a bummer and definitely made the experience take a turn. But we were visiting from out of town, and this was our first trip of the day. the kids loved it, so next time we’re in Arkansas, we’re going to give it another try! 🙂“

“I have been addicted to Chipotle since my first experience back in the early 90's..... in the first store in Denver !
I am vegan af and have alpha-gal so it's my go to spot to get fed in my long history of traveling.
This particular one is the best one I have ever been in!!
The chips were literally the BEST I have ever had at ANY chipotle and my sofritas bowls was so delicious that I hurt myself LOL.
They gave me a hard no when I asked for fresh guacamole due to cheese in the one that was already out but, as scrumptious as my bowl was, I really didn't even care.
3 decades of Chipotle and this was the tastiest of them all! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“
