$11 pastrami sandwich on a hamburger bun? Not on this planet. There’s absolutely nothing NYC about this place. I should have known there was something wrong when I asked for no lettuce, tomato, or mayo on a pastrami sandwich. This is an insult to NY sandwiches. Tasted horrible & soapy & ingredients not even close to matching the price, will never be back.

NYC Deli in Springdale is hands-down one of my favorite spots! Their customer service is truly above and beyond you can tell they care about every order. The food is always fresh, and the bread is NEVER soggy (which is huge for a sandwich place!). The flavors are amazing every single time. Plus, they stay open late, and the quality doesn’t drop one bit I’ve ordered at 11:30 p.m. and it’s still just as good as during the day. Definitely a go-to spot if you want great food and great people!

I grew up in New York, and moved to fort smith with my daughter years ago so I was so excited to hear about a deli! I will give It 3 stars. A few things NY doesn’t do, scrambled eggs in an egg and cheese sandwich. It would always be fried eggs. The pastrami was not real pastrami. It tasted like Walmart deli pastrami:( and the mustard was yellow mustard not spicy brown. The famous chopped was not on the bread advertised and came with soggy lettuce which was just a bit odd. It was not that It was bad. Just not what I was hoping for.
The food is really nice and the costumers are really nice and funny and the food is the best food I’ve ever ate.

Working my way through the menu. The coco mix was great variety and flavor (would eat again). Chopped Cheese…awesome!! Falafel was the only struggle, but maybe an off day (we all have those) and I will try again since I do like me a good falafel.
