Great and friendly staff. Excellent bagels.
My wife says the one in Bentonville was so much better. We are here at 10:30 and they are already out of 98% of the selection, staff wasn’t very friendly, and the spinach parm had next to no flavor. Pretty sad coffee bar too. This was my first and last experience at Ozark mountain and it’s sad bc we love to support local businesses. hope they can improve this location

Shorted us a bagel this morning. Not okay!
Usually sell out quickly, especially during the weekend.
Bagels are okay, definitely not anything special, just the current best locally available.
Definitely a business opportunity for someone in Fayetteville.

Legitimately the best bagel I have EVER had! We have lived here since March and for whatever reason I'm just now trying this place. My new GO TO breakfast place. I can't wait to go back and try lunch. The bagels are amazing full of flavor and the cream cheese is homemade and soooooo perfect I'm obsessed!!! I will be ordering these for my staff for every birthday from now on.
I knew I HAD to have a bagel before leaving Bentonville. In my quest to find the BEST place to give my business I came upon Ozark Mtn Bagel Co and boy am I sure happy I did! I was drawn to the photos and reviews of fellow patrons on social media - some local but many from Oklahoma where this company first got started. So to Ozark Mtn Bagel Co we went! The decision over which bagel and cream cheese to select became to much to bear, I was offered a sample of each cream cheese & that didn't help me settle my internal debate- however it was suggested I do each bagel side with a diff cream cheese and that was music to my ears. This bagel hit all the right spots! The staff was super welcoming and very engaging- I was fortunate to leave with the days leftovers as we popped in near closing and had a long trek home ahead of us. Thanks to their generosity I've been snacking on their delicious bagels every day since we left last Friday. I can't wait to get BACK to Bentonville so I can go visit them again! Run or bike to one of their multiple locations- you'll be so glad you did! Thank YOU, Ozark Mtn Bagel Co! Best of Luck on your future, it is ever so BRIGHT & Delicious!
Excellent start to my Sunday Morning! Totally wonderful experience in all ways!

I want to like this place so bad, but the bagels are average at best. I truly don't think I could differentiate between a OMB bagel and a Walmart bagel if I did a blind taste test. The service is great and the shop is nice, but I'm always shocked when the "sold out" sign is up. I think there is a glaring lack of bagel options in NWA, and I really wish OMB fulfilled that

I have never gotten a chance to eat here, but they always have a sold out sign when I try. They must be killing it.

This is the second time that I wanted try to come to this location while driving to Fayetteville, (I usually go to the one on Walton) and for the second time I saw something quite disconcerting regarding the way they prepare their bagels, that really made me turn around and leave. I have never seen this happening at the Bentonville locations (or at least I hope so) which makes me think it's not the company normal practice. If you order a breakfast sandwich to have in store, they microwave your bagel WITH the whole plastic basket/tray in the oven with it, before bringing it to your table (those little oval plastic baskets traditionally used for subs and wings). Am I the weird one to be grossed out by the idea of microplastic particles migrating in my breakfast sandwich first thing in the morning??? I am sure I am not, because I have never seen the other locations doing the same. But if this is their standard practice they'll never get our business again.

Best bagel shop in NWA. The staff are always so friendly & they're quick to get your food made. Highly recommend the maple walnut cream cheese on a cranberry orange bagel.. or the ODR for lunch ?

Great bagels, but they are literally always out of stock on the weekends. If you pull up anytime around 10am just expect a sign that says they are sold out. Feels like they should make more inventory for the weekend???
If you're from the East coast, these bagels hit right. Not the same but close. The crunch, the chewy, the texture, it hits. Thank y'all for having good bagels!
