Pad thai and appetizer was great. Orange chicken was bad. Not even close to what you would get at panda or somewhere similar. The chicken itself was decent cut and batter but the sauce is just sweet orange colored goop with no tang or spice. It was like bad orange jello. I have experienced some places where the general's chicken is more akin to what I'm used to for orange chicken so I may try that next time. Otherwise, I'll stick to grilled entrees.
Food is phenomenal with a short wait time. The location might be out of the way for most, but it's right along my route home. Couldn't really giclve much for atmosphere, since it's a food truck in a lot. But, we'll worth the stop.
This random food truck I decided to eat while up in Springdale has, by far, the best Chinese food I’ve ever had. It was absolutely insane. I usually don’t like fried rice very much but this stuff, I could eat for days. And the honey chicken was amazing. You could tell it was made fresh. And then the crab Rangoon was amazing.
