Ordered 2 simple pizzas ahead of time to be delivered at 6 pm. At 6:30 I had to call and was told the driver was about to leave. I asked if I was still expected to pay full price and the tip plus the delivery fee that they already charged me and I was offered 30% off my next order. Why in the world would I order from them again when they proved the first time that they are unable to get 2 pizzas out the door on time?

We ordered inside but they had several orders ahead of us so we changed to from carry-out to delivery. The delivery driver was very nice and like always, the pizza was great.

I’m 13 minutes away at the truck stop I get told they can’t deliver here but if I put my uncles address in that’s almost an hour away they can deliver there don’t order delivery

I placed an order i was gonna pick up and pay cash then a friend was gonna pick up so i called to pay over the phone she took it twice it came out of my account once she said it was denied ? Ummmmm i have a picture of my account where it has came out and she did nothing to help or resolve this or make it better i am there usually once a week and i was very disappointed in how it was handled and i will not be back

Had an awesome experience tonight at Papa John’s! I placed an order over the phone and they mixed it up. However, I went in to the store and spoke to Ricky who had a great attitude and greeted me as soon as I walked in. Explained the situation and he was able to make the proper corrections to my order. Not to mention food was on point and place was clean! Added to my favorites! Thank you Ricky.

Although there was only one employee working he was very polite he was very speedy and it was a wonderful experience my pizza was extremely hot it was very well put together and it was great especially for leftovers.
