Guy was giving me a really hard time to order, tried charging me 20$ for a pizza when he knew there was a deal for 12$. I had to order online and after that he was pissed so he told me 30minutes instead of 15min wait for the pizza. Ridiculous stay away from this

Oh gosh, I don’t know where to begin. The pizza we ordered for Valentine’s Day, was awful. The ham tasted old and there was hardly any sauce on the pizza. The pizza wasn’t even cut. Not sure what happened there tonight, but I definitely won’t be ordering there again.

Ordered off UberEats, store apparently gave uber driver 2 sealed boxes of normal cheese tomato sauce pizzas, Uber guy dropps them off to me and its not even what I ordered at 9:05pm today 01/18/2024, which I ordered a BBQ SIX cheese and a Alfredo SIX cheese, instead I have 2 normal pizzas and uber won't refund me, heres order03UE 0062 number or 011824 if store owner or manager see this thats the numbers on the stickers on the 2 boxes.. Can't even eat tomato sauce cause of my shingles be why I don't get this pizza that they gave to my ubereats driver smh

I still have trouble with this store not giving full orders of tater tots!!! They get kind of snippy on the phone if you try to tell them that they didn't give you a full order last time and yet they still revert back to bad behavior!!! Why pay $6.99 an order of tots if they continue to give only a half a box if that!!! I'm not ordering anything else from them!! A rip off is a rip off and I've grown very tired of trying to tell them and I'm doing it the nicest way possible. Plus they have someone answering the phone who doesn't speak good English at ALL!!! You can't even understand that person whatsoever and I'm hard of hearing but I wear hearing aids and I can barely make out what they are even talking about!!!????????

I didn’t realize Pizza locations used call centers. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. My call to the center was a joke. It was extremely loud in the background and the language barrier was intense. Overall never order from this location unless you want horrible service.
