I frequent this location fairly regularly and never had an issue, but tonight was a different story. I went to pickup my food and needed to wash my hands, i asked Steve if anyone was in his restroom or if it was open. Im not sure if its because I was still in my work clothes and had oil on my hands from working on my truck, but he looks at me and says, “its for customers only”. I looked at him and asked him what the hell he thought I was, and he gave me the key at that point. After picking up my food, I asked him why he assumed I wasnt a customer, and he started backtracking saying he meant it was for insiders only because there was an issue with it. There was no issue with the bathroom whatsoever, and to assume I wasnt a customer based off my looks was rude as hell.

Both of us Ordered wings and got 2 decent sizes and the rest were small burnt breading pieces. We order cheese sticks and they weren’t cut.

Got a large stuff crust pizza. Worst pizza ever... the crust is cold and freezer burned literally makes me want to throw up. It also took over an hour to get. I wasted my money on this terrible food.

Staff including manager acted like he was doing me a favor to tske my order as I went inside . No thank you did he say. Very unfriendly. Pizza was good but boneless bbq wings were not like they used to be. Looked like they just pit some bbq sauce on them when out in box. Want like that before. This location at sunset in Springdale needs lessons on customer service!

We love Pizza Hut, unfortunately we don’t have one in our town & rarely get have the opportunity to get it. Today we stopped on our way home & did a carry out. I ordered on the app, got great deals, it was hot & ready when we arrived. My husband and I agree we will drive 35-40 minutes(one way) just to get pizza from this location & its also the closest one to us a big win/win for us. Y’all are amazing!

Great staff with friendly service. Pro: The shop has an order board that can be viewed from the parking lot (+car), listing the pizza order status ... which works out great if humans or human interactions scare you.
