Waited over a hour for delivery, said was on its way in the mobile app and took a xtra 40mins!! Pizza was cold and to top it off got a cheese pizza instead of pepperoni! Service sucked.. on top I was lied to every time I called to see if the driver was driving circle when we lived less then 8mins from there 🙄🙄🙄 customer service sucks anymore

I told the driver that I didn’t get my drink and he acted like he didn’t understand English and I reached out to contact the store several ways and no effort…I can get pizza elsewhere and will do so in the future

I just paid $80 for a pizza dinner for my family. The only good part about it was the door dash guy being nice and on time. There was a tiny bit of BBQ on the chicken, the pizza was mostly crust, and I specifically asked the door dash guy to make sure pizza hut sent the 5 extra marinara that I PAID FOR, they sent 2. I've had it! I spend ALOT of money at pizza hut recently!!!!!!!!! Papa John's here I come! I'm sick and tired of paying good money and getting shit!!!!! If corporate wants to reach out and make it right, we can deal. If not, it's going to cost them probably $1,500 per year just for what I won't be spending, plus whatever this review costs them. I'll take it down for the right appeasement

I frequent this location fairly regularly and never had an issue, but tonight was a different story. I went to pickup my food and needed to wash my hands, i asked Steve if anyone was in his restroom or if it was open. Im not sure if its because I was still in my work clothes and had oil on my hands from working on my truck, but he looks at me and says, “its for customers only”. I looked at him and asked him what the hell he thought I was, and he gave me the key at that point. After picking up my food, I asked him why he assumed I wasnt a customer, and he started backtracking saying he meant it was for insiders only because there was an issue with it. There was no issue with the bathroom whatsoever, and to assume I wasnt a customer based off my looks was rude as hell.
