When we visited, our table was right next to the preparation area. Before we got our pizza, we saw the pizzas being handled and seasoned with the bare hands of one of the workers. I'm a germophobe , so that was a big red flag for me. To make matters worse, she was using her phone while cutting and preparing the pizza. She did put them on with my request, but took them back off immediately after she was finished with ours. We noticed about half of the cooks in the kitchen using gloves. Most of the time we can't see inside the restaurant kitchen, so we can stay ignorant. But perhaps it's a negative you can actually see them preparing the food. The pizza was alright but definitely not the best in NWA. Don't think I'll be going back again

Ordered carry out pizza. Two large pizzas and two salads for the family to share. My order was twenty minutes late to the time they told me it would be ready, which was ok because I thought my pizza would be hot out of the oven. Wrong! Both pizzas were lukewarm. The pepperoni pizza was burned and the works pizza was soggy.
I was very disappointed in my experience. If you order carryout at Ruby’s, I recommend you open the box before you leave the restaurant to make sure your pizza is properly baked.

The best pizza in NWA. And it's not even close. Crispy yet soft, perfect sauce 👌

New Update: First off, I want to say we LOVE their Pizza! Always have and unless they change, we always will. So it breaks my heart to actually lower my rating from five stars across the board to what it is now.
Why do you ask? Unfortunately, our service was lacking quite a bit. We ordered two waters and one Mexican Coke (we don't drink alcohol), and ordered two single Caesars as appetizers. We received one water and our coke. We ordered our Pizza and I asked for my water again.
Mind you at this time it was around 3 pm on a Tuesday with three tables (two people each).
Eventually, our pizza came but not our salads. After being asked if we needed anything else, I inquired about our salads. Her reply was "oh you ordered two single Caesars, do you still want them?". Our reply was that we did indeed want our salads (why would we have ordered them in the first place?). We received our salads, which oddly enough my wife and I couldn't rave about again. Something changed there. Not sure, maybe it was an off day. At the conclusion of our meal we of course were asked if we needed a box, and we said we did as well as a small container for our spicy ranch. We received the box, but alas, no small container. I had to walk up to her at the POS (point of sale) station and ask again for it.
We didn't complain, and we acted courteously towards her. It appeared our waitress (CC G. was her name according to the receipt) wasn't "in the mood" to wait on us, or was completely absentminded. She lacked personality, and seemed to just go through the motions. Which is disheartening.
I've waited tables, bartended, and bussed. These are often thankless jobs, so I LOVE to tip my wait staff well. 30-40%.
We have been to Ruby's several times, and always received excellent service, even when it is loud, packed, and a line out the door. So, needless to say. It wasn't an enjoyable time. When one leaves a restaurant, they should talk about how delicious everything was, and how enjoyable the experience was or still is. NOT discuss the terrible experience you had for whatever reason.
I left my old review below, and still stand by their Pizza. We definitely won't let one less than stellar experience ruin our opinion of this restaurant. We just won't go back for a while.
Old review: Had the Vodka Pie, and a Caesar Salad. The pizza was fantastic and that was the best Caesar I've ever had!
Parking: Get there early or you won't find any parking, and there'll be a line

Great food as always but the staff have gotten quite rude. Even the girl taking my reservation had an attitude about the system they chose to manage their reservations. The waitress was pushy and was annoyed when we just sat and weren’t ready with our orders yet.

Best pizza in local area that I have found. Casual dining environment. Tons of staff and chaos, service is sporadic but very friendly and professional. Very loud dining area even with noise canceling earbuds.
Wonderful quality of ingredients, assembly and recipe creation. Absolutely wonderful crust, delightful crisp and not excessively chewy. “Healthy gluten” according to my mouth (if there is such a thing in 2024, it is not the opposite!).
Pictured is a fall recipe, with squash, ricotta, copocolla and fresh sage. Was very tasty! I personally love The Works #9 pizza but I have not been disappointed with any experimentation yet.
Drinks have both common and unusual inventory, and mixed cocktails are tasty.
The baked mushrooms and pasta dish is fantastic and so are the deserts.
Highly recommend!

If you’re looking for fantastic pasta or pizza, your search is over! Went here for a birthday dinner with a group of 8. Joined the online waitlist prior to leaving our house, and had a minimal wait for such a large party. The vibes in the restaurant are inviting and fun. (The music is tad on the loud side, but we were still able to have good convo between the 8 of us.) Our server was super attentive and friendly, and the food was AMAZING. We got a family style caesar salad, one of the fall pumpkin pastas, and some nice bread to share as appetizers, and then got 3 kinds of pizza. The “My Spicy Italian Boyfriend” pizza is INSANELY good. The pizza crust is good and all the food tastes so authentic and delicious. We also got the tiramisu, a seasonal pumpkin cheesecake, and a strawberry gelato and an orange gelato. Holy moly, the dessert was SO good. (And I'm a pumpkin cheesecake snob...I've been making that as my Thanksgiving meal contribution since I was 15.) Pizzeria Ruby is my new favorite restaurant. I felt like my cocktail was kind of small with a lot of ice for being $10, but still, this place was amazing. I had a FANTASTIC experience. Worth any amount of wait. 10/10 restaurant!

Kind of a tough experience for the first time. We’re next up on the waitlist and walked in and there was a group of people waiting in front of the door. After getting in an employee singled us out and said we can’t be standing in front of the doorway because people need to walk through.
We (being a small party of 2) then moved as much as we could to the sides to accommodate and he then singled us out again and said we were breaking the law and that blocking the walkway was a fire code violation that we need to wait in our cars even though we were up on the waitlist and two larger parties we’re entirely blocking the walkway in front of us. All other employees were kind and did well, this guy was just on something and we overheard him unprofessionally complaining about us to the other employees.
Also if waiting in line at the door is an issue a sign of some sort should be put up if it really is a fire hazard
Normally don’t like leaving reviews and I try to maintain patience and kindness but this guy just really made the experience suck

I give this place a 9.8/10... which is the highest rating I've given a pizza. Top three pizza places: 3-Rubino's Pizza- Columbus, OH, 2-New York Pizza- Tampa, FL, and 1-Pizzeria Ruby... truly great pizza, from crust to toppings. And if you're testing pizza, you have to go with a classic margherita. If you can't do that right, don't be a pizza shop.... this place does it right. I'm excited to have an excuse to head back to Fayetteville soon...

I've been 3 or 4 times. Decent taste but extremely greasy. I mean submerged; you could swim in it.
This is a great option for those who believe waiting=it must be good. Expect a 3+ hour wait despite plenty of available tables. I showed up an hour after getting on the wait list, waited 45 minutes, ran to the store to get some snacks, and then watched the entirety of Bullet Train in the parking lot before finally getting served around 9:40pm.
Overpriced, uppity, and unafraid to waste your time with artificial scarcity/demand.
I recommend giving it a try, just know it's not for everyone.
Update after reply: No, my point is the staff does not value customers' time at all. I have worked in restaurants for 5 years and can tell. Every time I've been, there were lots of empty tables and many on the list. This is not because the list is fake or workers busy, but because the staff would rather sit around and talk about pterodactyls than cleaning tables with customers waiting. This was a real experience that I intentionally left out of the original review. Stop trying to refute customer claims, just work on fixing the problem.
Clearly I'm not ok; I had to eat at pizzaria ruby.
Kid-friendliness: Saw full (upper) female nudity on the tv, but this was probably unintentional. It happened a couple of times throughout a movie they were playing.
