Vibe and food are amazing. People who don't like it don't get it and should stick to Pizza Hut.

We've been hearing about Pizzeria Ruby since we moved to NWA and finally got the opportunity to go this weekend! The restaurant is pretty small and doesn't have a lot of tables so there were quite a few people waiting. We waited about 30 minutes for a table for 4. We ordered the Nice Bread for an appetizer and the Italian Cheese, Ezzo Pepperoni & Garlic pizza. The classic pizza fed 4 of us (all had 2 pieces each), which was the perfect size! We loved the food and definitely will be back!

The food was excellent. We got a sausage and pepperoni pizza, a cheese pizza, and two orders of bread. Everybody said it was the best pizza they've had in a long time. The only downside is it is quite expensive. Two pizzas and two orders of bread was $70 to go, without drinks or tip.

Ruby is my favorite pizza in NWA. Everything is made in-house. Great attention goes into every detail from the food to the ambiance. My wife and I look forward to going back again in the near future.

My family and I tried this place for the first time tonight and it was incredible. We had the Beef Stroganoff special and it did not disappoint. Incredible flavor with fresh pasta. My kids had the cheese/ pepperoni pizza, spaghetti, and meatballs. They loved every bite. The atmosphere in this place is warm and welcoming. We will definitely be going back to this place!!

Let me start by saying the pizza was excellent. Hands down the best in Northwest Arkansas, quite possibly the whole state. And if I was rating just on pizza alone I would give it 5 stars. Rating on overall experience I'd say a 3. The death metal music blasting in the restaurant brought down the whole experience. I couldn't hear the person next to me or the waiter. I asked if it was possible to turn it down a little and was told that that's the way the owner prefers it. Of course this is every business owner's right to choose the music genre and volume, but it was borderline painful and as a patron it was enough to never want to dine in there again, no matter how good the food is.

Have waited until now to check out The Ruby...lots of hype and let me tell you, it lives up to it.It's a little loud for me, but that's a personal preference. The meatballs were chef's kiss, and the pizza crust is spot on... Not sure if they make the sausage in house, but OMG delicious. If you're in NWA, definitely check it out.

Great pizza and pasta. High energy atmosphere with friendly staff. Be prepared for a little wait due to high volume.

From a quality to value ratio, this place is 3 stars. Service is great, the pies here have that crisp crust that you want out of a pie. We ordered a pie with many toppings which raised the sodium level where you can tell the pie was salty. Ao I highly recommend ordering a cheese or margarita. Keep the toppings to a minimum. All that said, really a 4, but some may not find the value in the pies due to the price that point. I definitely think it's worth a visit, but not something I will drive out of my way again cause of the price point

Great pizza. Wood fired, huge..crispy but chewy. Starter salad was also huge! The atmosphere was busy, friendly and loud.

just a great place! great service (lots of fun and friendly arkansas students working there), great atmosphere (tv, bar, open kitchen), and GREAT FOOD!! we came in 30 minutes before they closed and they sat us like it was no problem. a pitcher of miller lite is $13!!!! we ordered nice bread, plain pasta marinara, the spicy italian boyfriend, and the signature white pizza. food came out fast! the nice bread is great and you can never go wrong wrong with bread + olive oil. the disappointing part of the meal was the pasta. the taste was great, but the portions was maybe a kid size. i don't know if it was because it was closing time or what, but the price was definitely a rip off for the portion. the pizza however, saved this review. the spicy italian boyfriend was some of the best new york style pizza i've ever had. so tasty and the spice just adds to it. the white pizza was great, but the onions are what made it flavorful and there wasn't nearly enough on it. come here for the bread, beer, and pizza!! will definitely come back for the super nice staff and to try all the other pizzas! if 4.5 stars was possible, this place would be 4.5 stars!

Amazing food and service. Highly recommend. It's a smaller restaurant so be prepared to wait at peak times, but it will be worth it.

The best italian food in Northwest Arkansas! My favorite pizza flavors are the Vodka Sauce Pie and the Howdy Neighbor. They have delicious pasta and their gelato is to die for!!

Best pizza in NWA! We ordered fresh burrata, caesar salads w/mama's meatballs, spaghetti ala pesto, and a "My Spicy Italian Boyfriend" pizza. The burrata was served with peaches and mint, the perfect combo. There was so much pesto deliciousness on the plate of pasta that we had to lick the plate. The meatballs were so flavorful.l, topped with the heart warming Sunday sauce. And the pizza... not for the faint of heart. So spicy, garlicky, and packed with a punch of flavor. I can't wait to eat here again.
