Growing up in Southern California where many burger chains got their start, I feel like a burger aficianado. For 15$ i got a cheeseburger as it came, not changing anything so as to experience it they was it was intended. It had american cheese and ketchup on it. If i wanted american cheese and ketchup i would have gone to McDonalds. Not worth the price. The service was lovely though.

My wife and I set out to decide what we would have for dinner on Friday night…. Leftovers? Mexican? Maybe some Indian food (my favorite…). But my wife felt pulled to this small hole in the wall. Thinking it may not be what we were wanting, but wanting to give it a shot, we played rock paper scissors and ended up going. Clearly God was trying to bless us. The po boy was amazing. The flavor, breading, sauce, everything was fantastic. The double burger was everything you could want. The saltiness and savoriness, the sweetness from the ketchup, pickles and mustard bringing a vinegar flavor. It was incredible. And the fries…. Our kiddo couldn’t stop eating them! And we couldn’t either. After the meal we got some time to talk to the owner. He is an absolutely amazing guy! A great heart, an incredibly hard worker, and clearly loves and values his family so much. We are blessed to have been able to meet him.Please, if you’re looking for a place to eat, go to Pleasant Counter. You’ll never regret it.

The food was great! I love being able to have a cleaner option for eating out. We tried the burger and the chicken sandwich and both were fantastic. The service was great and quick, as well!Kid-friendliness: They have some coloring books and crayons available for kiddos to use.
The food was not pleasant. Burger was boring and bun was overcooked just like the fries. The po boy was bland and food was overpriced. We drove 20 minutes to try the place and were disappointed. Not trying to be mean l, just being honest l. Don’t waste your time or money like we did.

Place chill and friendly, price normal, huge freaking sandwich, I got chicken because a guy leaving said it's the best. His wife and daughter said the burgers were best, so everything is the best, can't go wrong here apparently.

Talk about good food and good vibes! This is our second visit here and it is always great. We got up a 4am to get here from Austin so we could pick up cinnamon rolls for Christmas and we got a burger. So good! We talked to the owners last time we were here a few months ago and they are great. They used to live outside Austin so my girlfriend follows on the Gram. Cute little family owned and run spot. I must try the PoBoy next time….looked delish!

My husband and I drove by and decided to try it. This is a cute place. It's one of the cleanest restaurants I have seen. You can tell that they take pride in it. We had the burger and fries. We both thought it was fantastic!
